1.Course Details
The Bachelor of Legislative Law (Legum Baccalaureus) is abbreviated as an LLB course in India. LLB course in India is offered in two ways. The first one is the undergraduate, and the second one is post-graduate.
Students can enter 5 year LLB (UG) course after the 12th, and they can enter 3 year LLB (PG) course after graduation.

The second way to pursue Law Education is by selecting LLB Course after graduation.LLB is a PG course. Graduates from any branch who secured at least 55-50 % in Bachelor's degree may pursue LLB courses.
So basically, after the 12th, one has to go for any graduation course and complete it. After pursuing a graduation degree, one may go for LLB Degree; Instead of going for a regular LLB program, Graduates may go for new integrated programs like-

- Practicing Lawyer
After graduation, one may start a private practice and start representing clients in the courts.
- Additional Public Prosecutor
