How to build your body

The technique is a 'proper way to move to make a certain sporting skill.' In terms of efficiency, it is defined as the ability to produce an outcome (determined, determined, or desired result). In other words, movement is effective when the action achieves the movement's goals (e.g., precision, scoring goals, strength, physical activity, or as high as possible, etc.). (2)

In uncontrolled karate fights, punches and kicking must be controlled (without injury) or stopped before contact with the opponent's body. (3) In the form of a Kumite, a fist (zuki) and kicking techniques (Geri) are allowed on the head (jodan) and abdomen (chudan). The Kumite competition is divided into team games and individual games. Kumite's scoring system consists of three points (Ippon) given a kick in the leg and the ability to clean and throw, resulting in the last fall of the opponent or the last punch, 2 points (Waza-Ari) judged kicking in the trunk and punching in the back, including behind the head and neck. Finally, 1 point (Yuko) is given with fists of one arm on the head and body. (4)

To enforce injury prevention, the new rules are very strict about the unethical behavior of competitors, including excessive force used to deal with beatings in permitted areas, in restricted areas (throat, arms, legs, groans, joints, and instep), facial beatings with open arms techniques, and dangerous or illegal throwing techniques. Any illegal conduct results in a warning or penalty. (5)

Modern game analytics systems, whether based on standard video game writing or player tracking technology, provide a rich source of information to measure how well skills are developed during competition. The collection of such information enables key performance indicators for one player or team as a whole to be identified. Performance indicators may be related to biomechanical, technical, tactical or behavioral performance measures. (6) (Example in Kumite where you lost points (points): improper walking, improper weight removal, walking error, etc.)

Hughes and Bartlett argued that KPIs are "a selective, or combination, of actions intended to define some or all aspects of a function." (7). Knowing and having a good understanding of effective techniques and KPIs at a high level of karatekas will definitely help well-trained trainers, technicians, scientists, and athletes to improve their planning and training programs that can lead to improved performance. Therefore, the objectives of the current study were to identify effective methods and identify losses of KPIs in the final Karate World Championship-Austria Austria 2016 to assist the best coaches and athletes in the newly launched Olympic Games, including martial arts.

How to:

All the last ten male competitions (Individual weight categories:> 84 kg, <84 kg, <75 kg, <67 kg, <60 kg) and group sports (without weight limit) at the 2016 Karate World Championship were downloaded in HD quality. There were five final games per person in terms of their weight category and five final team games (the Islamic Republic of Iran Vs. Japan; three out of five were the winners). All fragments of critical events have been analyzed, drafted with the help of Kinovea Video Analysis Software (0.8.15) and details entered into Excel Microsoft 2013 for further analysis. Before the researcher sought data entry, all disturbances and critical events (N) were recorded with their full objections (N-1, N-2, N-3 ...) to obtain more accurate KPIs. Then all the successful strategies (points you don't have) and KPIs that drop the point are issued in opposition to the opposition, and critical points are first made by the referee Hajime (start fighting) and ended by my referee (stop fighting).

In addition, to obtain better and more powerful research results, two other karate experts were hired. All KPIs have been submitted to them for their views on KPIs and games. Random scenes of certain games are accidentally selected. After reaching agreement on all aspects of KPIs and existing game objections, the analysis has begun.

The games have been reviewed twice over a two-week period between the same black detective trainer and karate trainer. All data is collected from Excel Microsoft 2013 for analysis purposes and records.

On the other hand, losing KPIs are barred on the anti-antecedents 'KPIs (31 antecedents' KPIs and 26 points of losing KPIs). 23 different strategies and warnings were written. The routes were as follows: Ashi Barai (foot sweeping), Mae Geri (front kick), Jodan Mawashi Geri (top kick), Chudan Mawashi Geri (middle house kick), Mae Mawashi Geri (flip kick), Ura Mawashi Geri (hook kick), Ushiro Ura Mawashi Geri (heel kick), Ushiro Geri (back kick), Yoko Geri (side kick), Kizami Zuki (Jab), Oi Zuki (leg punch),  Zuki Gyaku Zuki (jab + punch reverse), Kizami Zuki Oi Zuki (two front face), Oi Zuki Kizami Zuki (two back face), Kizami Zuki Oi Zuki Oi Zuki (three face), Gyaku Zuki (back punch back), Uraken (boxing back), Haito Uchi (skull), Uke (block), Nagashi Uke (sweeping bridge), Osae Uke (pressure block), Head Movement (dodge), Mawashi Uke (house block). It was analyzed which of the above strategies were used by competitors and, in addition, were most commonly used by winners and winners.  In Figure 1-1, you can see 31 KPIs and 26 points losing the KPIs used in this study.

The result

A total of 345 points were awarded to rivals who won points. Among them Oi Zuki (the lunge punch) was the most widely used method in the 2016 karate world finals with a total of 90 regular winners.
