How to build strong relationships  

We all human being are social being it means that our need for human connection is a fact not a choice that one has to make choice as in other dimensions of our life, the reason for this basic need for human connection is hidden in our ancestry, and it has been proven that our ancestors survived better because of their social connection so, therefore this need for human connection was passed on to us for our own betterment.  

Now the questions arise why we need strong relationship in our life?  

So, the answer to this question is very simple that for living a happy life which everyone wants to live we need good relationships and there have been various scientific studies which have already proven this fact that good relationship leads to longer and happy life as compared to other things like money, frame and success. 

So, there are various practical ways to build a strong and quality relationships in our life: 

Build friendship: For building strong connection with any human being the basis of that relationship should be friendship where the other person could easily express themselves freely, it means they should feel free while discussing their thoughts, their feelings and emotions to you that’s how the love is  developed  between two people where the another person feel free to express themselves then that person become more attached to that person because this brings that person closer to themselves  and the criteria for building friendship is having open mindset and looking other person as your own friend not as with the image of that person in the type of relationship structure. 

   Listening: Listening is like powerful tool and, there is deeply rooted desire in all  human    being that is we all need a person who listens to us wholeheartedly without having  certain biases or making fun of us. We all made mistake by engaging to gadgets while we are  with another person, and we end up with nothing in our hand So, try to build a habit of listening with full interest and with full joy, which eventually leads to a strong connection because it allows another person to feel special. This technique will also help you to gain some knowledge by listening to their life experiences and allows you to develop some good qualities of them. 

Compliment giving: One of the easiest ways to reach one’s heart is giving them genuine compliment about their good qualities which make them unique, it doesn’t mean flattery at all because otherwise that person feel fake and try to avoid you. Giving a compliment allows another person to feel good, and this is how that person subconsciously seeks to build a relationship with that person again.  

Sense of humor: Another way is having a good sense of humor and this come to those individual naturally who takes life lightly and the psychology behind this is that making anyone laugh or smile become the reason for your attraction to another person. 

Caring: Those individual who care for all human being and are very thoughtful for another person become the source of building real connection. Taking care could be as simple as asking about their daily routine, helping them in their problem and being always by their side when they are emotionally down. 

Giving respect; There is a saying like this 'if you want respect then first you have to give respect', and this is true you have to respect every human being no matter what your relationship structure with that individual, feeling respected is a basic human need, and we all have to follow this rule. 

Building trust: there should be mutual trust from both the person in any kind of relationship, and we should not try to stalk them because then that person will feel suffocated and this could even result in end of the relationship because we all need freedom that is the basic need of all creature in this world. 

  

CONCLUSION 

So, if we want to have happy life, we need good and genuine relationship in our life, and for this we all have to put our effort by trying some practical ways as mentioned above. The ending of this article would be with this famous quote,
