How to build self confidence

Free yourself - Get out and do what you love! - How long have you been walking around between pines - something you loved as a child? How long have you been walking with your friend holding hands and going to the bakery, throwing a coin to decide what to buy? These may seem like simple things, but these simple things have the potential to add to your confidence and fulfillment. Life when you see it is actually simple. Which is very complicated but easy to stay. Isn't it? Just as tiny droplets form a vast ocean, the little things you enjoy doing have the power to transform you into a storehouse of confidence. When God did that, He put a desire in your heart and gave you the power to do it. As you grow older, though, you forget what your purpose was, what you loved, and what you enjoyed. It happens to so many people who feel like they want to break free but are so caught up in their daily activities that it is hard for them to leave 10 minutes to think about their lives, their direction, their dreams and their goals. It is our job to remove the filth that prevents us from feeling in our hearts. Conversations with your heart should continue to be clear, and the best way to do this is to find time to do what you enjoy. And just because you enjoy doing the work, you mean that you have all the wisdom and intelligence needed to work hard, even though you may not realize it.

Find your flock - Birds of a feather flock together. You need to find people you like to be with. They really are the people of your time, and the flow of energy between you and them is natural. Life becomes easier when you are among the people who are closest to you or who are under the same plane of thought as you are and are easier to relate to. They seem to understand and on the contrary create constructive conversations. A good conversation is a very healthy exercise and an important need for our mind. We all want our ideas to be heard and appreciated, and a good company offers the same platform.

Set Realistic Goals and Do It! - The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. The idea is to start with one small step that can be developed into a big step. Learn to do the work you have done, rather than be distracted by looking at all the work that looks great. Like the ground beneath your foot, the mountain peak will one day be under your foot. The only way to do something is TO GO! No matter how small the progress, the focus should be on completing the task even though it is a small task. A series of great unfinished work is a surefire way to shoot down. Divide the main task,   into a list of small tasks to be completed. Remove from your list each completed task. Completed work, no matter how small, gives you a sense of accomplishment that builds our confidence and equips us with more energy to try a bigger job.
