To increase confidence, you have to know yourself first and accept what you have!
Here are some tips to boost confidence.
Praise yourself-
Every morning, stand in front of the mirror and remember all the good qualities you have. Dress well and try to stay up to date. Don't give up. Get out of the house with a perfect mindset. If anyone praises you for anything during the day, say thank you.
Be happy-
Have a happy face and a bright smile on your face. Even if there is conflict inside, that expression should not come on the face. Help everyone. Speak and treat people with love.
Good companion-
Your confidence also depends on the people around you. So stay with good people. People who are encouraging you and helping you in need give you the right guidance. That person can be family, friends, or colleagues.

Many people worry about what their colleagues, friends other's opinion about themselves. If we think about it constantly, we will stop doing good things. When we worry about how a person thinks about us, we lose confidence. This leads to criticism or rejection. For example, you went to a company for a job interview. The interviewer is your friend. When you talk to such people, you hold your hand. So you can't give your one hundred percent in the interview because your self-confidence is low.
2.Overthinking-
Overthinking is dangerous for mental health. It also lowers confidence. People who are mentally healthy never waste energy thinking too much. Instead, they try to put into action the ideas that will give benefit them. Sometimes you have to take risks. People who think right are successful at such times. It also boosts their confidence.
Thinking about if-then
If it were, I would have done it. If I had found something, I would have done it. Constantly thinking about it is a wastage of time. It not only lowers self-confidence but also negatively affects life. Just thinking about something constantly will waste your time and energy, so we have to accept the situation and move forward.
Negative thinking-
Many people around us think about how bad things have happened to me. Many people are afraid of getting into trouble or facing bad situations. Such negative thoughts hurt mental health. We need to think about how to deal with that.
