Benefit of Exercise
In the previous section, I've talked about what all my studies have concluded. Now I want to talk about Benefit to me as a healthy individual and not only the benefits that exercising will have on you but also how you can get those benefits.
Everyone has different views on health, because people with different mentalities have different expectations, because they differ in where their life takes them and the way it goes. In order to ensure we reach our potential, we need to be able to change and adapt to different lifestyles like ourselves. This is not so hard to do, because everyone has the same body and mind we should use this difference to gain more than just calories 'but' benefits like a physical and mental well-being.
My idea for my new book is to show everyone the importance of exercise and how we can make ourselves fit to be healthier by doing regular physical activities and maintaining our muscles by working out regularly and making sure I give you the information that really matters.
Exercising in Morning/afternoon
If you get up early morning and start your workout sessions, you are more likely to stay active throughout the day. You might even fall asleep at night if you have worked out all evening as well as the following morning. So start exercising before breakfast and, you are far less likely to skip your daily jog, which makes you feel full for longer periods of time. Your brain will be better rested when you have worked out and your metabolism will improve as well, as you are more likely to look after yourself better. So be the first one who wakes up before midnight every morning and has some form of physical activity ready to go. After going and having breakfast with your workout, you are most likely to feel refreshed and more energized throughout the day. Not only this you can burn off all the fat and improve the tone of your muscles but also strengthen your joints, ligaments and tendons and help you live much happier longer and healthier lives.
Exercise in the Evening
Exercising in the evening gives you an opportunity to work out in such a way as to help you burn off the excess calories at dinner as well as keep you from falling out of bed sleepy. The extra calories stored in muscle means your whole body gets burned and gets an energy boost. Since we live in society we have become accustomed to eating late at night and staying asleep till 12 am or later and then waking up early in the morning to face another day without any difficulty and all of that effort comes down to exercising at night. When we work out for 12 hours at night, we burn all over half of the calories, and then we wake up feeling fresh. A big benefit is that you will need less sleep at the night end compared to the day, and sleep when the temperature starts to drop. The fact that your body’s burning is reduced during this period means your overall body temperature will be lowed. This leads us to say that in order to burn out fat and build muscle and improve our health, we should take part in fitness activities in the evenings.
Work Out Before Breakfast
As mentioned above, cardio exercise helps burn the fats and then improves our heart health and all the other organs and digestive system organs and thus improving our health. It is easier to burn fat when you have just broken up into two parts to perform one task than to burn the fats and not burn them fully and then continue working at it when it's done. So start breaking up exercises into smaller ones and build your strength, endurance and strength during these tasks and don't forget to eat on time. During breakfast, make sure to follow your calorie burning goal because a good rule of thumb would be around 2,500 calories to burn. Once you finish a workout, you can increase the intensity, meaning you can work out for longer in one morning session, or switch to a high-intensity interval workout instead of a low-intensity interval workout that lasts for 6 hours straight. There are many types of workouts depending on the kind of workout you are doing: Cardio, weight training and circuit training, HIT including sprints and cycle races, swimming and cycling workout, running, yoga, etc... These are called 'Routines.' They are not too difficult either and can happen at any age and fitness level. For example, the type of workout you do during a holiday to go on vacati and that also happens at any age. Workouts like walking, climbing stairs and hiking can happen anywhere anytime in an hour or two, and then you can choose whatever workout you want to join such as gym, gym, city walk or nature hike. However, for a long term workout, try to build your heart and lungs muscles to improve your stamina. One thing you can learn is that some workouts for beginners can be tricky but doable. Another thing you can learn is that when it comes to cardio exercise, you can burn more calories at once. Start a regular family routine and stick to it.
Workout Schedule — Work out on Tuesdays
1 piece at 30 mins (40 min) and on Wednesdays - 2 components at 30 mins with 20-min rest and on Thursdays - 3 pieces at 60 minutes and on Sundays - 4 pieces at 60 minutes and 20 minutes with 20-min rest. The reason why you do this workout is to burn off all the fat you have accumulated during the week. Just remember to eat dinner on time, and you will be burning all that extra calories. If you have been trying out anything, you should try it out on Tuesdays or Wednesdays before the weekend. On Mondays and Sundays you can make an exception and on Monday’s you can skip it until Sunday if you prefer it. Keep your diet in check and avoid alcohol if it is not good for your body. Also try out something new and exciting every now and again. Try something new every season and in summer or winter! Don't get stuck in the past as much as possible because the bad habits you were guilty of in the past may trigger you back to that habit again and this is the worst part of the present situation. Get rid of those habits. Do a sports workout once in a while - you know the point isn't about looking great, but about getting that body moving with every movement that you do. Many times you'll find that you feel better and fitter when you get fit, and you are less tired, and you feel like you are constantly playing your fitness game. Therefore, do sport on Mondays and Thursdays and then you can add other workouts on Saturdays and Saturdays until Sunday.
Workout Programs — Work out with a personal trainer
You have probably seen workout videos in your social media feeds for free. Most of a lot of them are sponsored and are paid. Working out is a very important aspect of health. You can burn all that extra calories from drinking and not to mention smoking. But the problem with these fitness apps is that if you don't work out, you won't have a break, and you cannot recover from those bad habits. To beat that, there are always workout programs of various kinds. Some like to eat lots of junk food daily, and this is the main reason why most of these diets don't work. Other times you can choose fresh fruits and vegetables instead of canned food and this works wonders too. Whatever your workout program is, do it regularly!
Cardio
Use to burn more calories, mainly from the low-intensity activities like walking, brisk walking and running, jogging, swimming, bike riding, aerobics, treadmill, etc. Regularly do the activities in the heat and cool hours of the afternoon. Work out at least twice per week. Cardio is the easiest way to burn off all that extra calories in just 15 minutes daily.
Workout
Burn those calories by adding some exercises to your routine that help burn the weight down faster and efficiently at night. Adding weights to your workout routine will help burn extra calories as well as reduce your calorie intake. Choose a heavy dumbbell and heavy barbell workout program. Lighten or tone up your muscles to burn out the dead fat cells and help you maintain a defined shape. Choose the exercises according to your weight and experience the best results.
Workout Programs
Choose to burn more calories, mostly from the light exercises like squats, side squats, squats, push-ups, crunches, lunges, squat thrusts, dips, dips, lunges, bent over rows, sit-ups, pull-ups, bur-pees, jump squats, leg curls, reverse lunge, bent-over squats, push-ups, walking lunge, stair squats, crunches, hill squats, bench press work ups, knee extensions, chest presses, biceps curl work ups, mountain climbers, dumbbell swings, kettle bell workouts and squats. Choose exercises according to your weight and experience the best results.
Workout Programs
Add more exercises that burn more calories. While doing workout programs daily, try and mix them up to include some moves that you haven't tried before. Work in resistance band work into your workout routine. Lifting the weights will burn more calories if the weights are higher. Resistance bands are ideal for toning up the shoulders, arms and back because they provide you with both resistance and support (for the arms). Resistance bands also improve flexibility and range of motion. Lately a huge focus has shifted to strengthening the chest, shoulder and upper back. Because a strong chest means stronger arms, you will get better results from lifting weights with resistance bands, because of the stronger muscles and bones. Heavy dumbbells can burn tons of calories. Dumbbells are the ultimate burners - burn more calories than a single heavy dumbbell can burn. Even if your weights aren't as heavy as usual, you will find that a small amount adds up quickly, especially if you use a lighter dumbbell. With resistance bands, the amount of exercise that you do will depend on how much weight you lift in each exercise.
