How to be patience?

Patience is the ability to stay calm and composed while waiting for something or facing challenges without frustration. To be patient, you need to practice self-control and shift your focus from what you cannot control to what you can. Start by taking deep breaths when you feel restless, reminding yourself that rushing often leads to mistakes. Developing a positive mindset helps too—see delays or obstacles as opportunities to learn and grow. Practicing mindfulness, gratitude, and empathy can also strengthen your patience, as they train you to slow down and understand situations from different perspectives. Over time, patience becomes easier when you accept that good things often take time.
