The government is also trying to handle the situation, but they can try their best. Our role is also important in this situation. We should understand that any decision made by the government is helpful for us. For being safe in this situation, we must follow some guidelines, and they are-;

Every day, eat different foods, including wheat, rice, maize, and food from animal sources such as meat, egg, etc. We should also eat plenty of fruits and vegetables such as apples, bananas, beans. We should also consume less salt food and also avoid junk food. For being healthy, we should also take care of emotional health during a covid pandemic. Avoid talking about viruses with people who tend to be negative who reinforce and ramp your fears. Turn to the people in your life who are thoughtful, level-headed, and good listeners. If you don't have someone you trust to turn to, apps such as 7 Cups are a good resource for free emotional support. Some  ways to prevent covid 19-;

• Avoid touching surfaces, especially in public settings or health facilities, if people infected with COVID-19 have touched them. Clean surfaces regularly with standard disinfectants.
• Frequently clean your hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub.

 There are some wellness tips during the COVID-19 pandemic. When you feel caught up in fear of what might happen, try to shift your focus to things you can control. For example, you can’t control how severe the coronavirus outbreak is in your city or town, but you can take steps to reduce your own personal risk (and the risk you’ll unknowingly spread to others), such as:

• washing your hands frequently (for at least 20 seconds) with soap and water or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
• avoiding touching your face (particularly your eyes, nose, and mouth).
• staying home as much as possible, even if you don’t feel sick. Some suggestions on managing anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Limit how often you check for updates. Constant monitoring of news and social media feeds can quickly turn compulsive and counterproductive—fueling anxiety rather than easing it. The limit is different for everyone, so pay attention to how you're feeling and adjust accordingly. Find ways to exercise. Staying active will help you release anxiety, relieve stress, and manage your mood. While the gym and group classes are out, you can still cycle, hike, or walk. Or, if you’re stuck at home, look online for exercise videos you can follow. You can do many things even without equipment, such as yoga and exercises that use your own body weight.

Avoid self-medicating. Be careful that you're not using alcohol or other substances to deal with anxiety or depression. If you tend to overdo it in the best of times, it may be a good idea to avoid for now.

So, lastly, I want to say that please follow this guideline to be safe in this critical situation.
