• Awareness is scarce :
What surprises me is the fact that many Indians are unaware of the prevalence of heart failures in young adults, and significantly high—killing lakhs of young people every year. The incidence rate is only rising. The World Health Organization (WHO) revealed that India accounts for one-fifth of all non-communicable diseases and most of these deaths are from the younger population. The Global Burden of Disease study stated that the cardiovascular disease (CVD) death rate in India is 272 per 1,00,000, which is significantly higher than the global average of 235. Around 2.63 million Indians died from CVD in 2017, which was the leading cause of death in the country as well. But how many Indians are familiar with these statistics? Nutrition policies intended to reduce the prevalence of lack systematic awareness programs to inform the public on the prevalence and the outcome of such diseases.
•Artificial sweeteners :
Many are concerned these days about their intake of unhealthy sugar and begin to choose no-sugar-added options. However, these usually contain artificial sweeteners, many of which are poor for mental health.
Most of these sweeteners are disruptive to our gut health and can worsen conditions like anxiety. “ Choose spices to sweeten your foods such as cinnamon, vanilla, or even a touch of Manuka honey, which has added immune benefits.”
- Avoid Sugary Food :
Sugary food is rich in wetness and oxytocin. We all love a handful of sugar-rich content due to its mouth-watering taste. But it is one of the main reasons for your bad health. The sugar-enriched food stays inside the body for a longer time and is quite difficult to shed off from your body. It acts as a slow poison. Foods such as donuts, cakes, pastries, chocolates, cookies, are rich in unsaturated fats which are bad for your weight. So, if you want to lose your belly fat faster, stay away from sugary food.
•Protein Rich Diet :
Protein helps in reducing food cravings by 60% and also helps to boost metabolism by 80–100 calories per day. The best foods that you can add to your protein diet are moonshine, oats, green leafy vegetables, eggs, and almonds. If losing weight and belly fat is your only goal, then proteins are the richest supplement that should include in your daily diet.
• Add Whole Grains :
If you want to lose your belly fat faster, then start consuming whole grains. Whole grains are versatile and are much more effective than refined grains. Whole grains such as brown rice, buckwheat, bulgur, millet, oatmeal are helpful to reduce your belly fat. Researchers also suggest that taking whole grains in your diet will help to work faster on your belly along and reduce health risks such as heart diseases.
•So We should avoid unhealthy foods. We try to eat healthy food and live a long.
Thank you!
