Ginger and fennel tea are also very useful for maintaining a proper digestive system. In addition to these foods, drinking cold milk or coconut water also provides immediate relief. While eating the above foods benefits the stomach's acidity, along with these foods, if a few precautions are followed, the benefit will increase and accelerate. For example, food should be eaten slowly and the snack should be chewed well. Eating should be avoided shortly before bedtime, but the last meal 3 hours before bedtime is useful. Avoid spicy foods and smoking too much, as well as try to control stress.
