How to achieve success and excellence?

Big cities cannot be built very quickly. This refers to jobs that we undertake, our careers, our life, and our achievements.

Just as Rome was not built in a day, our career, our life, and our ambitions cannot be achieved in a short time.

Before we take up a project, we must bear in mind that hard work has to go into reflecting success and excellence. Success is 99 percent perspiration that is hard work and all the sweat we put in, and 1 percent inspiration. We are aware of this, but do we honestly put in hard work, or do we keep putting off our hard work for another day?

Rome took years to be built, and once it was made, it turned out to be a city beyond compare. Its beauty and its allure were incomparable. This was and is a result of dedication and hard work.

We will achieve our goal and rise to the top only if we understand the meaning of dedication, perseverance, and hard work.

The three D's must always be in our mind when we undertake a task to be done when we challenge ourselves to do more and more. The three D's are Dedication, Determination, and Devotion.

We will be able to touch the stars if we do hard work and devote ourselves to the task ahead of us. We should not think of finishing our job in haste (urgency) or because haste makes waste. Only our determination and hard work will help us to achieve our aim in life.

We have to patiently and constantly put our back-breaking efforts into the work and project that we took up. We must not be sitting idle and just expecting success to come our way. The perfect and best way to achieve success is by sheer dedication and hard work; by doing so, you will not just complete success and excellence but also know their actual value.

Success is not everyone's cup of tea. The ones who initially don't care about the results and go all-in for their work, for their dream, are the ones who achieve success. If we want to succeed in life, we need to bring our attention away from the scattered distractions around us and then channelize that attention, that energy, into a one-pointed focus, in the task we are engaged in. Focus on the process, and results will follow.

Successful people always had the clarity from their struggling days that what they wanted to do and where they wanted to reach. The passion keeps the person awake from inside to do more and more work in their particular field. For achieving success, a plan is vital, "an idiot with the plan can beat a genius without a plan" are the words of Mr. Warren Buffett. Being responsible and taking responsibility for each of you is an essential quality of a successful person. Every successful person once believed in himself and took actions that eventually led him to be successful.
