How thoughtful gestures benefit everybody

THOUGHTFUL GESTURE ADVANTAGE EVERYBODY

Thoughtful gestures are small, considerate actions that demonstrate your interest in and attentiveness to the other person.

Do you truly need to be content? Everybody says "yes".  However, the doorway to happiness makes a few of us frown. The doorway to joy is providing for other people. Dalai Lama, a religious and political leader of the Tibetan people said if you want others to be happy, practice compassion.  If  you want to be happy, practice compassion.

A few of us might assume that if we give excessively, our liberal graciousness will be exploited by others. This is true and a couple of extremely self-centered people might perhaps see your sincere goals as your weakness.

You can give anything haphazardly aimlessly, without looking for remuneration, and secretly, without telling your name to anybody. This is really great for you, the universe, and the people who accept your thoughtful gestures.

Try it and you will see that what some people call, “karma,” the law of cause and effect.  It works like this, "for every action, there is a reaction. Let us make sure the reactions to our actions are good ones.

Danny Thomas, who was an American television and film actor, said all of us are born for a reason, but all of us don’t discover why.  Success in life has nothing to do with what you gain in life or accomplish for yourself. It is what you do for others.

If you share everything, you will accomplish a tradition of generosity.  Share nothing and people will do their best to forget you. When our life is over we will only leave memories in the minds of others, and we want them all to be good ones.

So, how much should you give?  It can start with, “heart-felt” kind words, a note, a card, or a flower.  You will find that your gifts or donations would not make you poor. As a result of this, you will see most people return kindness to you.

When your friends and family ask you what you want for your birthday this year, tell them that instead of birthday gifts, you would prefer that they donate to charity in your name,

You should also take the time to be polite to all of the people who perform services for you every day.  Many people do not bother to say 'hello' to the maid, janitor, parking attendant, or service person.

Once you do, you may even learn their name, and you would be surprised how many of them will go out of their way to give you good service, just by addressing them by their first name.

We should also consider kindness into our business decisions, government policies and other official systems in a way that supports everyone's mental health and also reduces discrimination and inequality.  That can start with individual commitments to bring kindness in our words and actions.

Once you establish sincerity and trust wherever you go, you will be loved by your fellow man. It is really that simple. Prophet Mohammed said a person’s true wealth is the good he or she does in the world.
