The man God made in His image has seeds of influence in him. The image and the life of God in man is the force of authority and influence. Man was palced on earth to rule over all that God created, a caretaker on everything on earth, under the earth and on the firmament. The mandate of God was man managing the earth. Man was made God's voice to all the created things. When the first man gave names to all the fowls of the air, the beasts of the field and to all cattle, he controlled them through his voice. Every man was created "Agent of influence" how we utilise is absolutely our choice not God's.
Edison was born on February 11, 1847, in Milan, Ohio. He was the youngest of seven children of Samuel and Nancy Edison. His father was an exiled political activist from Canada, while his mother was an accomplished school teacher and a major influence in Edison’s early life. An early bout with scarlet fever as well as ear infections left Edison with hearing difficulties in both ears as a child and nearly deaf as an adult.
In every age and place, there have been vacancies for good influencers. Down through the centuries, there have been a build up of collection of characters that have positively impacted the world, irrespective of their status. The mother of Thomas Edison of USA observed that Thomas manifested learning problems, very early in his life. His primary school expelled him because he could not learn or understand just any thing. He was given a letter for his parents, not knowing what was in the letter. When the mother read the letter she started to cry. Thomas asked the mother what the problem was, she told him the school said, they do not have the kind of teacher that could teach him, but he needed not to pannick as she had undertaken to just that. Thomas never again attended any formal education. He later developed reading and other necessary academic skills and became, accordingto Wikipedia, "Americas greatest inventor".
Thomas invensions among other things are the phonograph camera and electric bulb. He has a university today because of a good mother's influence. We do not influence our world by playing games but by the amount of sacrifice we offer. The mother of Thomas sacrificed all her life for his son and turned an imbecile to a world class inventor. Many communities and corporations throughout the world dimmed their lights or briefly turned off their electrical power to commemorate his passing.
But by the time he died, Edison was one of the most well-known and respected Americans in the world. He had been at the forefront of America’s first technological revolution and set the stage for the modern electric world.
