How there’s help for Asthma in Yoga

Maybe it was predetermined that I should have asthma as a child, get Yoga as an adult, improve my breathing life and now I am blessed with writing about my experience using Yoga (among other things) to control my asthma symptoms. If so, I am honored. No matter what, I can say with great confidence that based on my experience, one useful exercise to alleviate the symptoms of Asthma and deal with your many Yoga disorders. Because of its soft posture and deep breath and the deep breathing involved in Yoga, certain conditions — if used properly — can go a long way in alleviating chronic inflammation of the bronchial tubes (airways) causing inflammation and narrowing of the airways as in Asthma patients. In addition, when using Yoga as a form of exercise to control asthma, one should not worry about asthma attacks caused by exercise that can come as a result of strenuous activity as these conditions are very calm and involve very little movement ... hey, Yoga. after all. Now, friends, based on my experience and a few studies that support these facts, the following conditions can be an additional powerful treatment to reduce the frequency and severity of asthma attacks and reduce medication use. Shoulder Stand & It's Counter Poses For Asthma. Conversion causes yoga to remove excess mucus from the lungs and balance the immune system. Now, let me introduce you to maybe one of the simplest forms of this, shoulder position. Although Shoulder-Stand is composed by a few Yoga geniuses as a near or therapeutic panacea — all, in the case of Asthma, it is really helpful in terms of relieving more obstructive sleep apnea and because of its deep breathing, increasing lung flow, strength, energy and efficiency. . Here comes the best part, its counter poses. You see, some forms of yoga, because of their practice, that is, they have to be removed from the position on one side of the spine (another topic, but hopefully you will get the idea). Now friends, this Shoulder-stand stand has 2 main positions: Bridge and Fish Shapes. (No problems are too easy to deal with.) Both of these conditions are posterior bending that opens the chest and improves lung and heart function. In fact, posture (fish pose) is one of the methods cited by Sri Swami Devananda and IBS Iyengar (the two most authoritative figures in modern yoga) as particularly helpful in removing spasms from the bronchial tubes and thus relieving Asthma. Other Useful Positions: There are other posture-like postures that you can practice directly when it is very difficult to smell. These include Head-knee Pose (Passchimothanasa) and basically involve holding your toes, ankles or feet with the head as low as possible to touch the knees. Now, friends, remember I said that counter-poses are not? In this particular case, however, its opposing stance is essentially a backward curve that includes the Incline Pose and the Bow Pose. Both of these (especially the latter) open the chest and should be routinely assisted in exhaling during an asthma attack. Last, but not least Relaxation Pose, but very effective. Well, you guessed it, just lie down on your back and breathe in a controlled, rhythmic way. By practicing rhythmic, daily-controlled breathing techniques, the respiratory and lung muscles improve their ability to breathe more slowly at all times, which means less stress on the airways in general. In addition to these situations, let me briefly mention ‘Bellow’s breathing exercises’ (yoga exercises) as this is very helpful. As the name implies, it involves deliberately pumping the abdomen with internal movements and simultaneous ventilation. This eliminates spasms and greatly elevates the respiratory system. At this point, it should be noted that Yoga calls for healthy eating in its use and as a physical and spiritual system; very expensive vegetarian food. Friends, with asthma problems, you may want to take this seriously if you skip all processed foods and animal products such as meat, milk, eggs and the like from your diet are a necessity and a fact that has worked in a few targeted programs. in improving respiratory health such as the "Breath Retaining Program For Asthmatics" developed by a Russian, Dr. Buteyko. Within a few weeks of adhering to this regimen, many people with chronic asthma have been able to stop using ventolin inhaler. So the next time an asthma is referred to a doctor, you may do well to request a new prescription for asthma treatment - Yoga. I believe it will not hurt and it may help you a lot.
