On 10th of April 1912 RMS Titanic was one of hugest and luxurious ship of it is time. It was travelling from Southampton, England to New York. It was commanded by the 62 years old senior captain Edward john smith. Everyone were very excited. Titanic was not only the world's largest boat around 269 meters in length and more than 50 meter high and luxurious on this boat was inspiring. The cost of this was 7.5 million dollars. If you take the inflation into account, is equal to 400 million dollars today. It was more than a 5 star hotel Stained glass mirrors, a Turkish bath, an electric bath, a heated bath 4 restaurants, 2 barber shops, Gym, squash court and a library as well. The vice president of "White star line" was very confident, he had come out in front of the public and said that this ship is "unsinkable" which means this ship can not sink. After two days of it's voyage on 12th of April 1912, on the way of Titanic informed by another ships through radio signals that there is iceberg, take care and be careful. By these ice warnings Titanic at right time. The first mistake of that was they did not decrease the speed which was 21.5 Knots means 40Km/h. It was 14th April 1912 there was no moon, due to this the visibility was low on this night. At 11:39pm on the crow's nest of the ship there was a person named Fredrick Fleet, suddenly he saw before himself, a huge iceberg. He informed to officers about that, first officer was William who informed to engine room and instructed them to turn the boat at left side, but unfortunately it was too late and at 11:40pm the ship crashed into the iceberg. Due to the impact there were small holes formed in the main body of the ship. A few second after collision, the ship captain Smith and architect Thomas Andrews arrived at the site to see how much damage had the ship incurred due to the impact. They realized that ship will surely sink, they were shocked upon seeing this. Rest of the members just started to pass the signals so that if there would be any ship able to come for their help. Meanwhile, the captain ordered the evacuation of passengers using the lifeboats on the ship. But most of the passengers were just careless about this because they belived that this is unsinkable. For this reason, the first lifeboat went had a capacity of 65 people, but only 28 went. With the time the apartments of ship just started to filled by water, Gradually the passengers realized that the ship could indeed sink. Around 1:00am the bow of the ship had gone underwater and the rest of the part of the Titanic surfaced out of water. The second mistake was that there were lack of lifeboats means around 1200 people can accomodate, but there were 2,184 people on boat, at 2:05am the last lifeboat started, still there was 1,500 people were on boat. Around 2:20am the boat was broken into two halves, and then slowly began to sink.
It did not take even three hours for this unsinkable boat to sink, rest of 1,500 people who were still there, they either drowned with the ship to sink or the ones who knew how to swim, were killed by hypothermia.
