The third round of ceasefire talks between Ukraine and Russia is about to begin. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday (March 8) at 4 pm Ukrainian time.
Mikhail Podolak, an adviser to the Ukrainian president, made the claim in a tweet. Earlier, Russian negotiator Leonid Slatsky also confirmed the information.
However, it was not disclosed where the meeting was going to be held. The first round of Moscow-Kiev meeting was held in Gomal, a border town of Belarus with Ukraine. Vladimir Minsky, an ally of President Putin, is Russia's chief negotiator.
Then, on March 3, they held their second meeting in Pushchair. The two sides have agreed to form a humanitarian corridor without major success.
Earlier, Western President Vladimir Putin called the sanctions imposed on Russia a declaration of war. He made the remarks during a meeting with air hostesses of Russia's national airline Aeroflot on Saturday (March 5th).

Thirty-five countries abstained from voting on the proposal, including Bangladesh. Eritrea, North Korea, Syria, Belarus and Russia voted against. The resolution strongly condemns Russia.
