Based in Ceredigion in west Wales, he makes award-winning mead - an alcoholic drink created through fermenting honey and water.
To provide the honey for his variety of heads Mr Cooper is likewise a professional beekeeper, who appears after greater than 500 hives at 50 specific locations or apiaries throughout Wales.
