How the Jedi Code A Guide To Better Mental Health

Although totally mythical, the mysterious concept known as “Power” is based on some very real principles. In the movie, Star Wars, "Force" is often mentioned by members of a religious movement called the Jedi. The heroes-priests of the Jedi Order have served as great supporters of what they believe are the main ideas of The Force.

The concept and order are mythical, but the principles by which the Jedi lived their lives are excellent guidelines for human life, especially in the midst of all the chaos of the modern world. As long as The Force's "Black Side" is measured not only by evil but also by negative influences on one's life, the principles of the Jedi Code can be easily applied to build a personal philosophy of living a healthy, complete life attitude. Below you will find the basic principles of Jedi philosophy, as well as some ideas on how to adapt to the trials and tribulations of modern life.

There is no emotion; there is peace.

Being able to control one's emotions was important to the Jedi, as their jobs often required them to stay as purposeful as possible. Fear and anxiety can have a detrimental effect on a person's decision-making, which can be detrimental to one's health. By managing your stress and anxiety, isolating yourself from the tasks you have to perform, you can effectively find better solutions to your problems than you would if you let your anxiety affect your analysis of the situation. This idea does not recommend denying one's emotions, for doing so can lead to more anxiety and psychological problems than just solving them. It simply states that people should let thinking and reasoning govern their decisions, not their feelings.

There is no ignorance; there is information.

Jedi Order supported the pursuit of prescribed information. To support the search for enlightenment, they built a large library containing information on the various subjects and instructions needed to teach and train the Jedi. They also shared that knowledge, in order to better enlighten the same people who were trying to protect them. Many anxiety disorders and phobias can be reduced if people take the time to understand things. A little knowledge can help a person overcome the fears and anxieties that a person experiences when exposed to a completely unknown culture. In some cases, anxiety disorders can be overcome by simply equipping a person's mind with sufficient information about the source of anxiety, thus allowing the person to better understand and deal with the problem.

There is no lust; there is peace.

Similar to the original principle, the Jedi believed that a strong desire for something was dangerous, as it could diminish one's judgment and intent. For people in positions of authority, consideration was needed in almost every case. The same can be said of anyone in today's world. Emotions and enthusiasm can undermine our ability to make good decisions, and it can have a detrimental effect on our ability to recognize our mistakes and to correct them in order to avoid further damage. Calmness in the face of an impossible empire can go a long way in keeping a person's mental health stable and far from “going by mail.” As long as you don't let your stress and anxiety grow by focusing on negative things, then your mind is calm  you can make better decisions and take a closer look at what's going on in a person's life.

There is no death, only Power.

The Jedi believed that when a person died, they became members of The Force. This allowed them to view death, not as a tragic event, but as a turning point in human history. To get used to this in modern life, negative events can be portrayed as “death” in the philosophical sense, in that “Power” serves as a metaphor for life itself. In other words, it basically means that, no matter what adverse events in a person's life, no matter the fears and anxieties, the nausea caused by business and family activities, there is still life itself. To use a metaphor to describe another, if something bad happens, take time to stop and smell the roses. Your whole life will not be governed by a single car collision or improper termination. Life goes on and on, and so should you.

Considering all the above principles, it is difficult to see how they could fail to lead to a better state of mind, even in the midst of the turmoil of modern life. That is, if they are followed as human philosophy and can be regarded as mere guidelines. Be t quickly.
