How The Disadvantages Of Adsense

As AdSense, becomes the most popular publisher program for Price per click advertising, errors and disadvantages still exist. Since its inception, advertisers have chosen to advertise in search because they feel that visitors will not be targeted. This is a real concern and makes perfect sense. If you visit a website, and notice an ad, you are more likely to be less focused on the content.

AdSense, is also so popular that people can distinguish it from other ads. So people may choose to ignore them without giving them a thought. This has been the hot topic that Bloggers are discussing, and that may contain a lot of truth. Many have blamed Google for this, as well as their decision to include the word Google Ads under the ad.

Many publishers also fail to obtain the money they were expecting when they started the program. Those who receive only 30 - 40 visitors a day on their website will not be able to earn even one dollar a day. Most advertisers point to prices like 1.5% - 5% of click-to-convert traffic, while earning only about $0.10 per click. Statistics don't work well, but you can't blame advertisers or Google if you don't provide enough traffic. The important thing is to bring targeted traffic to your website that may be clicked on in ads, however it is said that it may be easier in some programs that allow statistics such as 75% share of publishers' advertising revenue.

Another downside to AdSense is that it is almost tacky. Its appearance on websites that often seem to be designed in a DIY way has led people to integrate them seamlessly. This can only be handled by the AdSense switch to make it more attractive to larger brands, while those currently using AdSense are banned.

Google AdSense should also address the issue of per-click fraud, which is expected to account for more than 15% per click content level. This means that advertisers are less likely to be affected, to go to other programs or to limit their advertising to search.

This means that there is less competition for content and therefore less revenue for publishers. Publishers, who used to have the most productive ads, now have to modify their content to make sure they get any ads. This has been a major mistake for the publishers themselves however, the article says; if left unchecked it can bring AdSense, to its knees.

Google AdSense, also has the disadvantage of not paying enough for its search engine. Some similar programs pay high prices, and if publishers decide to move elsewhere, problems will occur for advertisers and publishers alike. Although Google fails to pay enough to search for, another major problem with AdSense,  it does not have a powerful website for explicit ads. Many advertisers prefer to display ads that display images, however, this is not yet the case. As many other programs exist for PPC image distribution problems it is possible.

While this may not be a problem for all publishers, many complain that ads within their site do not change, so repeat visitors fail to see new ads and therefore fail to visit them. This is a problem that can be solved by making ads rotate. However, when ads are circulating, how will it be linked to advertisers who pay a price per click? These are all issues that Google has to deal with to ensure that AdSense, remains a market leader.

Google Ad words on the other hand also has huge benefits, and is always at the forefront of the market. CPC ratings can be chosen by advertisers so that even when they feel they are not getting the results they expect, they can lower their prices while using the service.

Although many problems remain with AdSense the system is still very popular with publishers, while Google Ad words is still very popular with advertisers; with a database of more than 140,000 Google Ad words will remain high in the future.
