Without tailored guidance and lack of ability to catch the desired material, the majority of the pupils opt to get dropout, with some facing troubles in their learning. Also, the skyrocketing rate of educational expenses in South Asian countries with such troublesome quality of education hinder student's ability to progress promptly, contributing to the free fall of interest and overall seriousness of one's towards his education. As usually seen, such factors, even when reported to higher educational authorities, are often ignored and cornered without any keen interest.
Moreover, immense emphasis on Rote Learning is also a reason. Basically, traditional education often prioritizes memorization and regurgitation of facts rather than critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. This can hinder students' ability to develop essential skills for the modern world, leading to a sense of chaos, as they struggle to apply their knowledge to real-life events and situations leading to more spirals of troubles to come in their life in the near future.
Outdated teaching methods are also a drawback since traditional education often relies on lecture-based teaching methods, where teachers act as the primary source of information, and students are indirectly compelled to do rapid learning before exams. This approach may not effectively engage students or encourage active participation, leading to a chaotic classroom environment with limited interaction and collaboration.
Moreover, the traditional educational system is often slow to adapt to the changing needs of society and the demands of the modern workforce. It may struggle to keep up with advancements in technology, evolving career paths, and the increasing importance of skills like critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability. This lack of adaptability can create chaos, as students are ill-prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Apart from above all, the most alarming is lack of connection & turning of blind eye to Real-World Relevance is another real dreadful drawback, especially in South Asian countries. Many students feel disconnected from the traditional education system as they struggle to see the practical relevance of what they are learning. The lack of connection between classroom content and real-life applications can lead to disengagement and disarray, apathy, and a sense of chaos, as students question the purpose of their education with great sense of betrayal and emotions.
To overcome such drawback, an essential need of student centered and personalized approach towards education is needed along with addition of active learning strategies, promotion of critical thinking and integration of real life applications are the key figures which tend to reduce the chaos linked to traditionalized systems.
