People are unknown to recognize how stress affects physical health and hair health. Sometimes stress is good for a person to focus on a particular topic and make better decisions. In some cases, some people do better under stress and do much better. You must use your office desk during a short tea break or lunch hour to do the same. Take rest into your daily routine for 20 minutes or more, daily. You will see significant changes in your lifestyle as you begin your work of reducing stress. Good sleep is very important in reducing stress. Get enough sleep to reduce your symptoms of depression. If your stress level or adrenaline levels in your body begin to drop, hair loss will go down automatically. Take foods which are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals in sufficient quantities. Eat some bread, dairy products (milk, cheese, butter, etc.) and good products such as eggs and poultry. Add fish and meat to your diet. Avoid extra use of sugar. Eat extra vegetables and whole fruits. Doing all of the above will help you to stay fit and relieve stress. This will eventually solve your problems of sudden hair loss.
