I am infirm you that person which is now a Google CEO it is my dream and  aim to become a next CEO Google how he reach this job it is a very interesting story and a lesson do some very special and different ideas we then we become CEO any company I am telling you that person I think how to start this person name is sunder pachai born in Tamil Naidoo India his village is very little this has no road this village has no basic facilities like internet his father was a stenographer and his mother was a housewife he live in a middle family class when he reached 10 year he star hardworking with father to complete basic facilities his house he always work and improve his life and think one day  changed the world's and leading the best organization village people say he is a foolish he fully work harder but could not complete his basic facilities for ran house smoothly but not able to eating two time male daily one day he must succeed work hard not way of progress if work hard is not way of progress factory worker is a rich man that man work hardly  you are surprised when we tell you this man one day salary you guess now let's tell you only one day salary is 3.5 million rupees work hard is a not a success when this person goes to interview he thinks this is my dream how to achieve as a CEO ship and lead the word he was very confident because he is burning the boats his mission is CEO ship he thinks if  not select this thinking's is loser man he is not thinking your will power is the best power when in front of selection panel says only one question that you answer him the biggest failure in your life come how you deal it and successfully to achieve his goal he says my first mistake is hardworking I believed in hardworking is success this is my big mistake I am not believed any person all work done own hand this time changing moment my life I think do something big this person was a CEO when you think some big then you achieve big if you want some different done like warren Buffy and sunder pachai word no says no we can do it please make a team and start work toward the goal which you set for himself in this word only one man not change the word make a  team will change the world you lead the team work and change the world some done big I am very impressed that story  motivated all person which they grow up I think the next CEO of Google is me I have set two option CEO of Google not more second option is no team make a company that team make a Google fronts all world but all world lead that person Sunders pachai
