Imagine a scenario. Suppose, you are very angry. Your employee may not have done your job properly. You angrily go to tell him something. At that very moment, you met the most favorite teacher of your school life.
Suppose, again, you work in a company. You intentionally or accidentally do not complete all the tasks. Then your boss gets angry with you. He goes to tell you something. Just at that moment, his father came to the office.
In the first scenario, two things can happen. Either you scold or get angry with your employee in front of your teacher, or you see your teacher and forgive him and give him more opportunities.
In the second scenario, two things can happen. Your boss may see his father and forgive you, or he may insult you in front of his father.
In the second case, what would you want? You would want your boss to forgive you and give you more opportunities.
If your boss forgives you, will your respect for your boss increase or decrease? It will definitely increase, and you will be determined not to make this mistake again.
Now let's come to the first case. If you forgive him in the first case, your employee's respect for you will definitely increase.
Seeing your behavior towards employees, your teacher will surely be happy too.
In the second case, if your boss forgives you, your boss's father will surely be happy for him.
What can we learn from these two incidents? We should behave like we expect others to behave. No human being is above mistakes. Humans can make mistakes. So we should learn to forgive. If we learn to forgive and are able to make people understand the importance of their work, then cordial relations will develop between each other.
But it's true, sometimes we have to be strict.
However, it is also true for many people that even if they treat people well outside the house, they treat the family members badly when they come home. Seeing that, there will be advice, you have to control yourself. You have to keep the fear of the Great Creator in your mind. I have to take care that no one else gets hurt by my behavior.
If you treat someone well, he will treat you well in a few days. If you show kindness to someone, he will show kindness to you.
Conversely, if you treat someone badly, you can be sure that they will treat you badly if they get the chance. If you are arrogant towards someone, they will probably be arrogant towards you. If you don't stand by someone's bad times, he won't stand by you in your bad moods either.
So by doing good to others, you are basically doing good to yourself. According to Islam, if you wish good to someone, then Allah (SWT) will do good to you. So we should always wish good and stand by in times of danger of others. Only then love and kindness will develop between each other. We will see a lovely new world.
