Take a look at the ways in which schools limit your imagination and prevent you from developing mental independence. You may have heard the phrase "to be obedient" one time or another in school. Therefore, being obedient isn't a bad thing, even your parents teach you to listen to them because they care about you. However, school teaches you to obey blindly regardless of whether it is right or wrong, Students are forced to obey the authorities who force them to behave the way they want. Do you think that sitting on a bench silently for hours doing nothing without complaining and memorizing things blindly is any good? Were they made to do anything productive? Moreover, we know how much stress it causes for the children that may cause anxiety, depression, etc. Do your children need to learn what to imagine or how to imagine. I agree that it is one of the most serious matters, there is a concept called critical thinking that basically means using one's own skill set to solve a problem. The school might even tell you that you're wasting your skills if you choose that stream, and many schools don't even offer it as a curriculum, since it is considered unprofitable. Unless you have a very supportive guardian who completely understands this, they will force you to do things you don't want to do. The world is filled with great creative people: musicians, dancers, painters, actors, etc. Imagine where they would have been if they had not broken free and followed their hearts. They are doing what they enjoy and being successful. Don't be afraid of failure, it is the first step toward success. Everyone has failed at least once in their life, and no one is perfect. Scientists fail almost every day. There is no such thing as 100% perfection in this world. You should learn to handle failure and move forward, not to fear it. Since school teaches you the exact opposite of it. Children’s are afraid of exams and being good at academics and nobody is interested to learn something new, it doesn’t even come to their mind because they are taught to be afraid of failure. Playing and taking part in outdoor activities is bad. Children’s love to play and should do so, since it’s good for their mind as well as body to be healthy. And nowadays due to too much stress they are losing the desire to play. And why not, since every parent wants their children to be better than other children and is pushing them to do better, nobody is satisfied. School take counseling sessions for those children’s who do not do great at academics. And due to such manipulation they parent reduce their playing time, arrange coaching for them. And after all that, where is the time to play. Nowadays, education has become a marketing scheme that runs on this dirty manipulation. Money is the solution to all things, is it really true. Yes, it’s very common among older as well as present generation, since people just want to earn money. School generally makes you think that just to get a good salary, even if you have job satisfaction or not. Where is the logic in that? Do you want to work if you are earning well, but you are not at all satisfied with your job? If you look properly you will notice that the school decides your future, they do not care much how it affects you or your future. It’s like a one way without any other options. Even you can say it’s all decided beforehand.
