For the first fourteen days of this year, my grandmother passed away, I broke up with my boyfriend, and I began to hate my job in London because of work problems. All of this seemed to dampen my spirits.
My life felt stuck. So I decided to run. It was always my reaction. I just needed to run away. I tied up my shoes and started running - when I came back, I felt tired and energized at the same time. I realized I had something.
I used to practice because I was nothing. I played soccer in high school. During my formative years, I polished a variety of sports - punching, tennis, squash. Anyway, at least I didn't go down without explaining myself first.
So I did what most people do when they want to lose weight - go to the gym. As it turned out, going to the rec center is tedious. You hop in the car, turn on the light, and head for the gym while you sit down to talk with a friend or acquaintance from the recruiting center. I have been doing that for more than 10 years or 3 times each week.
Always, I was advertised for performance. Other than that, I often run for some unacceptable reason. I used the run as an incentive to buy new Nike clothes and presses. Or I may have chosen to speed up the process to get better or to make more noise.
Various times, I was suddenly looking for a speaker for Sunday morning to get rid of alcohol from the night before. My running spells did not last longer than 2-3 weeks. I was losing interest in running. I didn't get it.
For what reason can anyone go through performance improvements? Especially when the weather is bad. Who did that? I would like to go to the rec center with my friends, talk, and get a few loads.
However, I have found that annoyance is the definition I have started to use again. When my health was not what I needed it to be, I was worried. I wanted to hit an outsider on the train. In any case, instead of being humiliated by the English police, I chose to run when I got home one day after work.
It was a cool January day, and I just ran 3 miles at a time when I was too embarrassed to think about points. In any case, my time is not important - during that run, I finally got it.
My endurance was inseparable from my life at the time - it was bad, but I realized it would be better if I kept running. If I can fight the breeze, the heavy rain, the cold, and my thoughts of giving up, I will eventually work on my endurance and become a top athlete.
My health has improved to a point where my running speed and endurance have improved. However, running, for the most part, affects my usefulness, attitude, competence, and overall business. Logical testing supports all of this.
Dr. John Ratey authored a book on the impact of work on our cerebrum, called Flash. He says:
"Adaptation is an important task for leaders who demonstrate our ability to move thinking and bring consistent progress of thought and response instead of disrupting normal responses. critical during the day is a good idea. "
Whenever things got tough, I gave myself up. When I needed to go to the far corners of the earth after school, I concluded that I had no money - so I decided that I should set aside money. It took a long time, and this trip to the rest of the world did not happen - I was afraid to leave home for a while.
When life has a problem, my response is different - I prefer to be abused and fought rather than avoid it. I owe this to running.
Plus, the best thing about running is that it’s not hard to start. You just go. You choose when, where, and how quickly.
To my knowledge, running is really about health. It’s hard; you always choose not to do it, summer is higher than winter, and you feel better when you have new shoes. Be as realistic as possible, fine after the arrival comes to the joy, in all the daily life and work. That's why my life is moving forward again - I run every day. You should try again.
