How repairing work at home

How do you get started repairing an apartment? The first stage of renovation of old flats is demolition and first demolition of all the old walls and partition walls, the removal of the wall and the roof truss. This phase is one of the “dirty” stages of repair. Also among the most important and "dusty" tasks is window block replacement. It is necessary to do this first because dirt and dust will not be allowed during the next stages and it is absolutely forbidden to open the windows during painting and wallpaper works (large drops of heat and humidity are not allowed). After installation of windows and windows it is necessary to immediately pack the polyethylene film and cover the windows further with fiberboard (to prevent scratches). The next stage is the ropes. Ropes can be attached to walls or floors. Cables are made inside the pipes to ensure electrical safety and increase reliability. The pipe protects the cables from external damage and allows the replacement of the fence completely without breaking the walls and floor by replacing the old fence. House Painting follows the ropes. A common mistake during such simultaneous work occurs when workers forget to put one of the cords on and the house painters have already glued it and made a good wall. As a result, additional functions are required to close the chase in the finished wall. The locations of the feed switch and the outlet wall and their number should be considered in advance. The power cord system is usually included in the design project. Later the system should be ready for operation in the event of a failure. In addition to the cables, the telephone cable and the TV cable are laid out. The power cable should not be placed near telephone wires and rods to avoid noise and interference. The strangest time is to spread the TV cable. To make two (or three) TV sets in a flat the second cable is usually simply "tightly sold" in conjunction, so the cable resistance decreases. As a result, display quality deteriorates, many programs cannot be retrieved and so on. To avoid such a situation it is necessary to invite a specialist with special equipment. You will measure the signal quality of each TV-feeder and install TV-amplifiers or TV filters. Painting is a very long process, which is why it is done simultaneously on all buildings, if possible. Delays are linked to technology. Each applied layer of plaster (or filling to the finish) must be completely dry before the work can proceed. It works on cleanliness arrangements and the kitchen starts simultaneously with the design of the house. It is best to carry out so-called "dirty" tasks from the beginning and at the same time. In accordance with the sanitary technician location welding program, wall chasing and pipeline running is performed. Steam radiator reception is repaired, taps and brackets installed, but radiators are not installed. Then the tasks in the cleaning program are done according to the plan. The bath is installed, then the walls are smooth and the tile is laid on the walls. The next step is to assemble the roof and lay the tiles on the floor. And finally some cleaning supplies, blends and accessories are included. After wiring, installation of rosette plates and voltage storage boxes is checked at all points. The wiring ends are inserted inside and placed on rosette plates. Sockets and breakers are not included during this phase to maintain their high visibility. Puttying for finishing walls is done simultaneously. Direct technical control for drying the plaster layer (filling) is done with a drymeter. It is a special tool that measures the humidity of an object. The next step is the filling process. Filling can be done with a variety of materials - from the standard mixture of masonry cement-sand to the matching layers. The advantage of a simple compound is its cheapness, the inconvenience that such a mixture is very hard to level and the last dry time for such a filling is 40 days, only when the next phase of work on the floor can be done, i.e. time is too long. Self-leveling stairs that measure themselves are more expensive, but more technologically advanced. Alignment occurs almost "automatically" i.e. the liquid solution of the mixture is poured, then run and you get a horizontal position. The last dry season is 15 days which means you have an important economic time. A "warm floor" system is installed in the filling. If the so-called "wet processes" do not work dry alignment technology (filling technology) is used for low bases with flexible low battens installed. After filling the door and door boxes are installed. Installation of doors should take into account the thickness of the future floor cover. After installation, the door can be removed from the hinges and removed to the end of repair or packed in polyethylene film to protect it from damage. At the same time the roof can be painted and a tile can be placed in the planned location. The tile should be placed on a completely dry overlay. Completion of floor installation depends on the planned coverage. In most cases (if the finishing cover is not tile) the filling is covered with bitumen mastic and plywood sheets are laid. They are fastened to the ground by self-tapping screws. One sheet of plywood is fixed with 30-50 self-tapping screws to provide close plywood adjustment and long floor service without cracking and cracking. Plywood provides extra heat and acoustic insulation. After the completion of the installation of plywood, painting wallpaper can be attached to the walls. In yards where the floor covering is lined with laminated flooring or parquet hoard, standard wallpapers are attached (not painted) to the original. Then the bottom cover is installed. If the finishing cover is on block parquet, the parquet is placed in the first place, then removed and covered with a single layer of lacquer. After this the usual wall-papers are attached and the parquet is covered with other layers of lacquer (depending on the level of parquet and lacquer). The effect mentioned is only connected with such a mockery of a large amount of dust. Despite the fact that the lower grinder is fitted with a vacuum cleaner, a sufficient amount of dust rolls around the surrounding material including the walls. The dust is very acerbic and poorly washed. This is why so as not to damage the wallpaper, paste after the piercing and so that the parquet does not absorb excess moisture covered with a single layer of lacquer before attaching the wallpaper. After this the main tasks can be considered completed. It is only left to install plinths, decorative elements, breakers and foundations, curtain holders, hanging doors, plant-bands and others. In conclusion it is necessary to note that the sequence of activities was generally written and may change depending on the specific situation - the number of rooms in the building, your resources, unique features of the construction of multilevel structures. It is based on common sense and anyone who can analyze can create such a sequence independently.
