Even though it may sound strange and compelling, many people try to brush their teeth. Toothache can be very painful and very frustrating, making you try anything to get relief. Depending on how bad the pain is, you will be more inclined to do whatever you can to ease the pain. Abscesses or worse holes are among the worst, as the pain does not go away - no matter what you do. In the old days, teeth were extracted with planks, as there were no dentists around. People were getting drunk and losing their teeth. There was no such thing as anesthesia. Been impossible to alleviate the pain in the area. Nowadays, however, local anesthesia is the best way to get rid of a painful tooth before extracting a tooth. If you try to pull a tooth yourself, you will feel pain no matter what you do. There are situations, however, when you can not pull your teeth. Children's teeth, for example, are acceptable for pulling. Before removing it, you should check when the tooth in question should be extracted. If you move your teeth it appears to be loose, there is a good chance it will come out without a problem. On the other hand, if you pull a tooth an abscess appears, you will end up with a real problem with your hands you will need to visit a dentist as soon as possible. Another acceptable condition for dehydration is when you have serious gum disease. Gum disease can cause the socket and bone to rot too much, resulting in tooth decay. If the gum disease is severe enough, the tooth will loosen and come out without any problems. In some cases, a tooth is almost unbearable when you touch it. If you have gum disease you see a loose tooth, you need to be careful when pulling it. If you don't do it right or if you do it too fast, you could end up breaking the top of the tooth. If this happens, you will need to go to the dentist to remove the rest of the tooth. Even though a tooth may feel loose when you touch it, it does not always mean that you can grab it and tear it. The teeth are very soft. If you try to pull a tooth out with a fork and make a mistake, you should end up doing more damage than good. Putting a toe in the mouth can also lead to infection, which can refer you to a dentist. On the other hand, abscesses should never be treated alone - you will need to go to a dentist to get a good tooth extracted and given antibiotics to prevent infection. To be on the safe side and avoid any problems that may arise easily, you should always consult a dentist if you have a sore tooth. No matter how bad the pain may be, you should never try to pull a tooth yourself. Your dentist may numb the area before removing the tooth, so you will not feel any pain at all. He or she will also give you painkillers and antibiotics, to help treat any infection you may have. If you try to get a tooth yourself, you will only get a lot of problems in the end - and you end up going to the dentist anyway.
