It can be frustrating and confusing to find out what really works for a man’s prostate health. In this article I’ve summarized some of the major guidelines and recommendations you should know. And if you’ve found something that has really worked for you, which you have verified through trial and observation, please let me know. I’d like to be able to share it with others.
First, read the following list of helpful hints related to improved prostate health and benign prostate enlargement.
1. Most urinary tract infections (UTIs) are associated with an enlarged prostate. Infections such as Candida and prostatitis have also been linked. Candida is a common and insidious disease that must be eliminated. I have a simple candida test on my website.
2. Do pelvic floor exercises to improve circulation by intentionally contracting the pelvic muscles 100 or more times a day. Increase awareness of the inner world of the pelvic area. Pay particular attention to the buttocks, lower abdomen, scrotum, urethra and sphincter.
3. Increase your testosterone levels naturally with Prosperone.
4. Drink plenty of water every day to purify the body.
5. Switch to a diet low in animal protein and high in grains, or switch to some form of macrobiotic diet.
6. Keep your weight in check.
7. Keep a journal in order to track and recognize, as soon as possible, what is working for you, and what is not. Think about your symptoms for yourself; don’t just depend on your doctor!
8. Understand that hormones are hormones and vitamins are vitamins. When my PSA test results were too high, my friend decided to treat himself with antiparasitic therapy. It didn't hurt, but the prostate is hormone-bound and needs to be dealt with at that level.
When you run out of oil, you can't refill your car with new oil and wonder why the engine isn't running!
9. Visualize that you are much healthier and your prostate and urethra are functioning better. Approach the body with love as it is part of the temple where the soul resides. Agree .
Melatonin: An excellent study from Tel Aviv University found that
melatonin receptors in the prostate can inhibit prostate enlargement. Researchers have found that an enlarged prostate is due to an imbalance of estrogen and testosterone that occurs with age. They also noted that excessive estrogen interferes with normal melatonin metabolism (J. wedge. endotoxin. metab.
82 (1997) p. 2535-41).
Then they advise to take 13mg. A melatonin supplement every night. (Stay on this dosage. As with most medications,
is no better.) Take only before sunrise and in the dark of the night to avoid interfering with your body's natural production of melatonin. Go to bed at 10 o'clock so you can sleep at night.
Good Luck, Warmly, Pieternel
