The rules of Ruby game :
*Never leave the ball while passing to the own team members
* If anyone touch by the opponent team person, you should start the rolling the ball at where you got touched
* Until the sound of whistle we can play without any warning, you should stop play when the whistle blew
*if we pass the ball in forward then the ball passes to the opponent to start up, we may lose the ball
*Move forward always when the ball is with the team, don't leave or miss the ball because if we leave the ball while passing then the ball will go to opponent team, they start passing the ball
*Single team contains 12 members in that 7 members are the main players, remaining 4 people are substitute members. The main important thing in both team co-operation and unity in passing the ball and being alert of passing ball to another person
*There are many methods that make our body more flexible and for the Ruby game, the main is getting the ball. The best way to play the Ruby game is to divert the mind and confuse the direction of the ball passing way. Never pass the ball to other team members which will easily make the opponent to catch the ball, to set a goal the players should be mentally clever by passing the ball to their co-player.
The main player should be active to throw the ball in side-ways to pass the ball and never pass it on forward manner. Nothing happens to the score while we pass the ball in forward, the ball will move to the opponent to start up the game.
Players should pass the ball from one corner to other corner which will make the player in opponent will confusion of the ball path. The players should be very bold while the ball is in hand which all the 7 members in opponent will aim only of that player one who has the ball in their hand.
There are two half-time break which will make the player free enough to breathe deeply and make the players to regain their running speed. Only by increasing speed that, person can move forward to set a goal
We can get touches from the opponent only 4 touches on the five touches the ball moves to the opponent team members to start by the game
