I used to assume that after stored, I would constantly be stored. This in component due to the scripture in Romans 8:38 Where Paul makes the statement:
(“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the existing nor the future, nor any powers, neither top nor intensity, nor whatever else in all creation might be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord”).
I believed that by means of Paul making those statements, he was saying I could constantly be cherished AND saved.
What changed my mind?
On October 25, 2002, I gave beginning to a stillborn baby at full term. During the following months (in the course of my grieving period) after spending several hours in non-stop prayer approximately the situation, The Lord took me again (in my mind) to the day I changed into in the hospital conserving the useless infant in my arms.
He revealed to me: The way I felt for this useless infant, become the same manner He felt for us (his kids).
During this prayer, (I call it a prayer, but it becomes more like: I changed into flat on my face sobbing to the factor I couldn’t communicate) So in my spirit I poured my heart out to God and told him:
“God, once I whispered within the baby’s ears, she couldn’t hear me. When I spoke the phrases “I love you”, she in no way became her head to acknowledge me. She by no means opened her eyes to see me. I even have gathered the entirety a toddler needs to survive-meals, garments, refuge, toys, and many others., but this means nothing right now because I will now not be able to take her domestic with me.”
The Lord in his wisdom responded to me: He made me apprehend He also has kids that he calls out to; however, they near up their ears in order that they can not listen to him. They close their eyes, so they can not see him. He offers the whole thing for them, but they do no longer renowned Him~ they may be useless of their sins. He can't take them domestic with him in heaven because they're lifeless.
This brings me back to the authentic scripture, “I am convinced that neither lifestyles nor demise or whatever can separate us….” The Love God has, will in no way alternate, it will always be there, even in loss of life, it's miles just that some human beings have chosen to stay lifeless of their sins.
God is a simply God that by no means changes and in his phrase, he says that the wages of sin is demise!
Maybe at one time they did listen to him. They did hear His phrases, and He grafted them into the vine, of which we're the branches. Now, if they have closed up their eyes and ears, and feature lower back to unbelief, He can cut them out of the vine. He cannot take them to heaven-they're useless.
The proper news is God is a forgiving God. In His Word He says that God so loved the sector that He gave His handiest begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, however have everlasting existence.
