Think of your local data for a backup copy every night whenever you wish to go to a safe place far away in the UK and repeat in real-time at the second data center in a different country.
Lastly, the whole process should work as well as possible. It must be completely secure, fully automated to ensure that your employees are focused on income-generating activities, should support open files that allow you to make a backup copy of whatever your systems are doing, and should be able to make growing backups, as there is no reuse point. -texting a year-old file can not be reached.
