India sets to bring back tourists, starting 15 October. India is a beautiful country in Asia. Most of the people from all over the world come to India every year to visit.
India is making a lot of money from its tourism sector. There are a lot of places in India where people can visit. However, for more than 18 months, India was not giving a tourist visa. It is happened because of pandemics.
That is the reason the economy of India is getting worse day by day. In the same way, India is one of the countries that suffered the worst situation of pandemics.
It is essential to mention that India starts to welcome tourists worldwide, 15 October 2021. The tourism industry in India is playing an indispensable role in their economy. A lot of people from India lost their job because of pandemic.
People from India are pleased to welcome back international tourists again. The government expects that more than 15 million people will be benefited by opening international borders for tourists. In the same way, the economy will boost up dramatically.
It is significant to mention that India has been giving student visa business visas and diplomat visas before. After having a discussion with the government, the department of foreign affairs in India published to open their border for international tourists. The department of foreign affairs also said that international tourists should follow the covid-19 protocols. Everyone must follow it before traveling to India. They are giving few restrictions before entering India.
India welcomed more than 10 million international tourists in 2019. They earned more than $28 billion from the tourism sector, according to the database. According to America, people should be vaccinated before traveling to India. Unvaccinated should avoid travelling in India.
There are a few conditions as of now to travel in India. Firstly, international tourists cannot travel by road. All international tourists should come by air. Overall it seems that you are not allowed if you are traveling by road. It is sad to say that you should use a chartered flight to visit India as a tourist. There will not be a commercial flight as of now. But the government of India said that after 15 November 2021, commercial flights would be available. People can come quickly. So as of now, international tourists should use chartered flights to go to India. Again international tourists should follow the protocols which the Indian government publishes.
First of this year (2021). India was the place where most of the people died because of covid-19. According to the database, thousands of daily deaths were recorded in India between May and April. According to the latest database, India is recorded as of now 449857 deaths national wide. In the same way, they recorded 33,894,312 covid-19 cases.
According to the Indian government, there are 18.63% of people fully vaccinated national wide. Some specialists said that it's constructive for the people who are working in the tourism industry. Moreover, it also conducive the people affected by the tourism industry like a businessman, small business, and the shop located in tourism place. All will be benefited dramatically. They are welcoming the decision which the Indian government made.
