Have you ever felt that you could speak clearly to someone, but that person did not understand what you were saying? Do you blame them for not listening properly, or for misinterpreting your words? Or have you taken responsibility for the response your communication received? Were you focused on your reality as you changed your way of doing things?
Communication is like a dance, where we lead and follow, give and receive, speak and listen, create and receive. Through this dance we can come to our senses. First, though, we must take responsibility for how our communication reaches the other person's universe. It does not help the dance, and it does not show good for dancers when one partner blames the other for not doing well.
It takes two to tango.
Effective communication is more than just saying what is on your mind. Effective communication covers the worlds! It requires effective speech, listening, information processing, flexibility, and awareness. Communication is most effective when two people face each other seamlessly and become one in mind.
How many different ways of expressing the same thing? When an elementary-school child is taught, “Please use it,” instead of saying, “Give it to me,” how does it affect your playmate's reaction?
We can not only use different words, but we can also adjust tone, volume and volume. In the arena it may be acceptable to express our voice truly, when as in the library it is best to communicate quietly. Surprisingly, small changes in the way we communicate lead to profound changes in the way people respond.
Most communication, in fact, does not speak, which includes suspension, body language and awareness. If the content of our communication is consistent with what we wish to convey, the response we receive will be more consistent with the results we seek. If our body language, tone, or volume does not match our words, or our word conflicts with our identity, we are less likely to achieve the desired results.
Self-control and communication

We've all heard someone say, "so it's impossible to communicate with him?" What they are really saying is that they do not have the ability to direct and motivate a person to action fully through their interactions.
Influencers of communication and communication do not report people as stubborn or drunk, impersonal or stupid. These professionals know the communication style of their partners, and are flexible enough to adapt to that person's communication style.
People who are truly successful take ownership of the results produced by their interactions, because they realize that they are empowered to make the changes they want. They know that the answers they receive are a reflection of their speech.'
