However, the Entrepreneurial procedures are the same for men and women, they are, however, in practice, many problems and challenges are faced by womens, such as lack of motivation and confidence, No financial support, Gender discrimination, family problems, harassment, etc., which are of unlike dimensions and magnitudes, Which inhibit them from apprehending their full potential entrepreneurs.
Many women entrepreneurs come forward in such a complex situation, such as Kalpana Saroj, Dr. Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Suchi Mukherjee, Falguni Nayar, Aditi Gupta, and many more have shown their potential and capabilities. The FIRST WOMEN ENTREPRENEUR OF INDIA - Kalpana Saroj ma'am has faced many difficult situations. Because, besides improving the life quality of women entrepreneurs and their households, MEMEs contribute to social change by providing a more positive image of Women's private entrepreneurship. It is crucial to support the MSMEs in both urban and rural settings in fragile countries to overcome difficulties resulting from today's COVID -19 pandemic.

Ministry of MSME, popularly known as the engine of growth in the country and incubators of entrepreneurship, has emerged as the torchbearers of women empowerment globally. And as the economic empowerment of women is a vital element of strong economic growth in any country. Entrepreneurship happens to be one of the best ways towards self-sufficiency and poverty alleviation for women in a country where employment is not guaranteed.
Involvement of women in entrepreneurial activities would ensure effective utilization of labor—generation of income and hence improvement in quality of life. Women empowerment through Entrepreneurship is a must for a modern Development Economy. And therefore, today, Women are not just the origin of the family but also the fulfiller of the Economic World.
