Some types of technology
If we see in any part of life like in education, in construction, in industries, business, in-office work, in homes, hospitals, in markets everywhere we use technology in the form of many small or heavy machines. Sometimes technology has various advantages because it eases our lives, but on the other hand, it has many disadvantages also. Because sometimes overuse of technology facilitates us at the cost of some harms like pollutions, health disorders and so on.
The process of evolution in early ages
The process of evolution starts from an early age. Humans discovered fire with the friction of stones then the theory of cooking came. They used to find many languages to talk to each other. They managed their time to observe the shadow of objects. At nights, they sought directions with the help of laws of the stars and with the use of the moon,s movement. They started making tools with animal bones and woods. Then utensils and wheels were their following inventions. It means that the process of evolution began from beginning slowly.
Disadvantages of overuse of technology
As time passed, this evolution changed the techniques of doing or making things. Human life converted from physical work to machines. No doubt, they saved much time as well as they did not consider the consequences. There are many disadvantages of overuse of technology.

In severe effects, they have cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes as well.
3- Social loneliness
Excessive use of technology gave us many social and emotional drawbacks. There are fewer people to people contacts. Our social circles get smaller and smaller day by day. Sometimes our friends or family members need our support emotionally, are not there for their help. Because we are so much involved in mobiles that we do not realize their needs. There are gaps between family members in many homes. The lack of an emotional relationship between parents and children is more devastating. It feels that overuse of technology destroys our family systems.
4- Addicted to gadgets or appliances
We are so addicted to devices and appliances that we are not able to work without these things. The people who claim that they use technology to save their time can waste it. On the other hand, some people who are more active in social, are so addicted to these things that they start neglecting their duties. They should remember that access to everything is harmful.
What steps should take to avoid these problems?
