 What is nutrition?

Nutrition means nutrition.  The nutrition that the human body gets by eating a balanced diet is called nutrition.  So the role of nutrition is important for a healthy body.  Did you know that breakfast is essential to keeping your body healthy?

How many nutrients do you need daily?

Everyone needs different amounts of nutrition.  Nutrition is different for a child, nutrition is different for a player, and nutrition is different for an older person.

A woman needs 1,500 to 1,600 kilograms of calories a day.  A man needs 2,000 kilograms of calories a day, and a baby needs 1,200 kilograms.

It is important to include carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and fiber in your diet every day.  In addition, it is important to drink plenty of water.

 Breakfast is an essential meal.

Breastfeeding means breaking the fast.  Breakfast means eating fast after eight hours of fasting.  If you do not eat breakfast within an hour or two of waking up in the morning, then whatever you eat afterward will be absorbed into the body in the form of fat.

You can eat homemade items such as bread, vegetables, bread, milk, parrots, itali, balm, dal, brown bread, and eggs at breakfast.  Try to eat breakfast with low fat and no strained food.

After waking up in the morning, squeeze a lemon in a glass of warm water on an empty stomach.  This strengthens the metabolism.  Eat something half an hour or so later.

What not to eat at breakfast?

Do not eat sugar at breakfast.  Eating sugary foods before going to bed at night and waking up in the morning can quickly get into the body.  Sugar has no nutrients; it just creates fat in the body.  Also, don't eat oil spices and filtered foods at all.

 What is a balanced diet?

A balanced diet is called a balanced diet that combines the right amount of different foods.  Eating too much of it will make your body fat.  If a plate has the right amount of rice, pulses, vegetables, green vegetables, vitamins, and minerals, it is called a balanced diet.

 When to eat?

There should be three main meals each day.  Breakfast is served between 8 and 9:30 a.m., lunch between 1 and 2 p.m., and dinner between 9 and 9 p.m.

Water is just as important as nutrition for a healthy body.  Do not drink water between meals.  Always drink water half an hour before a meal and half an hour after a meal.

 Proper nutrition and proper development

Proper nutrition is needed for both physical and mental development.  You need to eat as many carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and fiber as you need.  As a result, the body develops, and the mind grows.
