Oranges are known to have a lot of nutrients and vitamins. They contain essential antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, iron, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin A, calcium and magnesium. If you don’t eat them raw, orange peels help in removing dead skin cells from your face. This is essential if your skin gets flaky for any reason. They contain pectin, which improves the elasticity of your skin and also has anti-aging properties. You can use an orange peel or an orange juice for this.

You may need to put 2 tablespoons of orange peel on top and leave on your face for at least one hour or overnight
3 cloves garlic
½ cup raw turmeric paste, crushed into fine powder, dissolved in 1 cup curd
2 teaspoons finely chopped cumin, ground
2 teaspoons coarsely chopped coriander
1 teaspoon grated orange peel (can be used once or twice)
1/6 The peel should feel greasy. Rinse off every morning as required.
