Is your child ready to start a solid diet? Are you thinking of making your own food for your child? When you make baby food first, you can save money and reduce waste. And you can choose many nutritious options. Fresh food is usually more nutritious than canned, and you can buy organic food to prepare for your baby if you like. You can also avoid the wrong ingredients from the baby food on sale. Making baby food does not have to be expensive or time-consuming. In fact, the simplest and cheapest way is the best! An easy way to make food for your baby: 1) Do not bother to buy one of those baby food mills. It is difficult to clean and suffers a lot. 2) If you wait until your baby is 6 months old to start a solid diet, you can almost always combine with a fork to fit what you want. If you are breastfeeding, you can wait until the baby’s “pincer grasp” develops and give him or her little finger foods like peas, sliced apple slices, and the like. The pincer grasp develops when a child is able to squeeze small objects (such as those soft carpet pieces or food from the kitchen floor!) Between his thumb and forefinger. In fact, if you have a family history of food allergies, waiting a long time to start a solid diet may be better. No matter what age a child is, always give one meal at a time and wait a few days for signs of allergies before giving another. Take it easy. 3) Start with a new one-ingredient diet like: Bananas Hot carrot, turnip, potatoes, mine Avocado Ripe pear, peach, watermelon, plum Cooked squash Minced apple - raw or cooked Peas Well-cooked beans Hard-boiled egg yolks (avoid whites for up to 1 year) Some of these foods can be brought in raw. Some are heated slightly (heat retains more nutrients than canned), to soften the baby. 4) It is not necessary to do a big thing to prepare baby food. If you want to spend more time mixing food and freezing them on ice cube trays, you can do that. But all I have is an easy way! Although you want to avoid giving the baby salt and sugar (and spices that can upset the stomach), you can usually take an ingredient from your menu and "make" a baby dinner. For example, if you are cooking vegetables for dinner, remove the spoonful from the pan before adding the butter and salt. Put this on a baby plate and wrap. Fast baby food without extra work. Or take a little beef from your master and grind the mash until it is very soft. Even if you are in a restaurant, you can bring an apple and "rub" it well with a spoon on your table, or carry a banana or other snack. Any restaurant with a salad could be cooked beans or avocados. Or give the child a little of your baked potatoes (before you add more flavor). Living with a new baby is challenging enough. Continue with a solid start!
