How long should girls take before becoming a mother for the second time?

The new study says a mother should take at least a year to have a baby again.

Researchers believe that taking this time helps reduce some of the health risks to mother and baby.

However, the World Health Organization's guideline recommends a 16-month break.

Now researchers say one year is enough, even without a break of eighteen months.

Usually, if the time interval between two pregnancies is more minor, it creates the risk of giving birth to an immature baby or a tiny baby in size.

And newborns and mothers are at risk of death.

Researchers say the new data will be helpful for older women.

Dr. Wendy Norman, a senior researcher, says there is encouraging news for women over thirty-five who want to be mothers again.

The report was recently published in Jama Internal Medicine.

The study, conducted by the University of British Columbia and the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, looked at the birth of nearly 1.5 million children in Canada.

According to the data obtained from the study, one to one and a half years is the ideal time for a double pregnancy break.

Although the World Health Organization says it should be two years and in no way less than a year and a half.

 Further findings from the study:

ধারণ Pregnancy in less than one year can be dangerous for women of any age

 • In some cases, the risk is higher for women over the age of 35, but for all newborns

If a 35-year-old woman becomes pregnant again within six months of giving birth, she may be at risk of maternal death.

If a young woman becomes pregnant again in six months, her risk is about eight percent.  In this case, an immature baby can be born.

However, researchers say the study is more important for older women. However, the study was conducted only in Canada.  So the question remains as to how it will be applicable all over the world.

Researcher Dr. Sonia Hernandez says the study raises the issue of different types of risks for women of different ages.

According to her, short-term pregnancies are the manifestation of unplanned pregnancies, especially in the case of young mothers.

Researchers have also given some tips on what to do in this case, reducing the risk if followed.

Moreover, they think that expert help for women should be more readily available.

 Five danger signs of Pregnancy

Dhaka: Pregnancy is different than other times.  At that time, two souls lived in the same body.

The birth process is also complicated.

It should be kept in mind that maternal and infant mortality rate is higher in our country.

Maternal and infant mortality rates in our country are much lower than before, but the skill level is worrying.

The pregnant mother has to take extra care of her family.

The nutrition of the mother and the unborn child must be ensured.

However, the following five issues should be taken immediately if pregnant.

 These are:

 1.  In case of sudden onset of bleeding:

Bleeding at any time during Pregnancy except during delivery or at the time of delivery or after delivery is a sign of danger of excessive bleeding or miscarriage.  Therefore, if such a situation arises, the whole family should take the mother to the nearest health center without any worries and seek medical help.  Otherwise, it can be life-threatening for both the baby and the mother.

 2.  In case of convulsions:

If seizures occur during Pregnancy, during delivery, or at any time after delivery, the mother should be admitted to a specialized hospital immediately without delay.  Convulsions are the main symptoms of eclampsia.  So quick action and treatment can save the lives of both the baby and the mother.  Otherwise, both of them may die of the disease.

 3.  Blurred vision or severe headache:

During Pregnancy, during or after delivery, dehydration, severe headaches, or blurred vision are some of the five significant danger signs.  So mothers should be cautious in this regard.  However, it is not uncommon for the mother's feet to get a little wet during Pregnancy.  If you walk a little more, the water goes away.  But if excess water comes on the feet and causes discomfort and the feet become heavy, a doctor should be contacted.

 4.  In case of high fever:

Fever or foul-smelling discharge for more than three days during Pregnancy or after delivery is one of the main danger signs.  Especially during Pregnancy, if you have a high fever and burning sensation during urination, it often indicates a urinary tract infection.  With proper treatment in time, this complication is removed in a short time.

 5.  In case of delayed delivery:

If the labor pains last more than 12 hours or any party other than the baby's head comes out during the delivery, everyone should take the mother to the nearest health center without trying to deliver at home.

 Pregnant women should note:
Expectant mothers also need to be especially careful about certain things

 The movement of the baby

During Pregnancy, the mother usually feels the movement of the baby between 18 and 20 weeks.  The baby sleeps and plays inside, which the mother can sense from the outside.  There is a definite limit and time to the movement of the baby that only the mother feels.  If there is an exception, the mother can understand it very quickly.  Too much or too little activity of the baby is harmful, and in these cases, you should see a doctor regularly and at regular intervals.

 Increased blood pressure

It is essential to monitor the mother's blood pressure during pregnancy or after delivery.  High blood pressure is often a threat to the mother's life and is also a symptom of eclampsia.  Therefore, those who are already suffering from high blood pressure or high blood pressure during pregnancy should take medicine as per the advice of the doctor to control the blood pressure and ensure the well-being of both themselves and the baby.

 Acute lower abdominal pain:

If at any time in the early part of Pregnancy (usually within three months), severe pain in the lower abdomen, bleeding, and the core becomes stiff, it should be shown to the doctor immediately.  In this case, the uterus (other places, such as the abdomen, the ovaries, etc.) becomes pregnant (an ectopic pregnancy) and often ruptures and kills the mother.  In this case, it becomes difficult to save the mother without a quick operation.

Therefore, the mother should see a health worker or doctor at least once a month for the first 36 weeks of Pregnancy and once a week after 36 weeks.
