How is this bitterness instead of encouragement?

There is power in your desire.

When you want something bad, you try your best to get it.

You can be so motivated that you are willing to risk your life for the possible consequences,

such as a mother who runs to a falling, burning building she knows to save her child.

That he is stuck there.  He is fully animated.

What are you so passionate about that you are willing to risk everything for it, ready to put everything on the line for it?

We call this your primary stimulus.

I have reached the point where my main motivation is to live in inner peace, love and compassion.

It is also the deepest, most beautiful truth I know through my speech and writing.

Self-confidence tells us that we are capable of achieving what we feel motivated to achieve.

If you doubt your ability to get something, you stop the power of your motivation to get it.

An attitude of self-confidence can be created to allow the deepest power of your motivation to take you as far as you can go.

When leaders or managers try to implement high performance while ignoring the spirit of the team,

they cut off the flow of motivation, suppressing the movement of workers to perform and do their best.

If a team leader tries to organize, coerce, demand, or threaten a team for high performance,

his efforts will be as futile as pulling a flower with its soft emerging petals.  Try to force!

When leaders criticize their people too much, they undermine the self-confidence of team members.

This reduces the team's motivation to achieve the goals of the leaders, so to say the least is counterproductive.

When you consider what you really want to achieve at the deepest level of your being, and align your thinking with the building of self-confidence, both your motivation and self-confidence will increase.

Will take you in the direction you can really go.  Want to follow

When we relate to others in a way that demeans them, we attack their self-esteem.  This attack deepens our relationship.

Ultimately each of us needs to take full responsibility for our own levels of self-confidence and motivation because we can't just rely on others to always be there to help us in this way.

If you find one or more people you can really count on to build your confidence, you are most likely to be lucky.

The goal of building a team in its highest form is to create a group of mutually supportive individuals who are committed to building each other up in the field of self-confidence.

Families are an ideal system for building self-confidence, but, unfortunately, many families fail to live up to this ideal.

If there is one basic characteristic of leadership, it is to increase their motivation and self-confidence.

The same thing applies with teachers.  Your students will always perform at the level of their confidence and motivation.

However, the fact is that no one can lose your confidence and enthusiasm without your cooperation.

The way we look at other people is really a reflection of how we look at ourselves.

If you see someone treating you in a way that hurts your self-esteem, what you are seeing is a way to hurt yourself!

See how much you criticize yourself when you think that someone else is treating you in a way that hurts your confidence.

When you feel flogged or backed down because of how the other person seems to relate to you, pay attention not to relate to yourself that way instead.

Pay close attention to your thinking to build self-confidence.

Thinking about failures is a surefire way to reduce your self-esteem.

Think of yourself as capable.  Think of yourself as powerful.

Think of yourself as good and beautiful and true to your values; think of yourself as being honest and deserving of all the good that you want.

 To encourage yourself, think deeply about what it really is that you really care about;

What you really, really want to accomplish, want to contribute to, be.

Return to this goal of meditation over and over again and slowly encourage yourself
