When you should be considered as a fully vaccinated person?
An individual shall be considered as having been fully vaccinated for COVID- 19:
- More than or equal to two (2) weeks after having received the second dose in a 2-dose series,
- More than or equal to two (2) weeks after having received single-dose vaccine.
- The vaccines administered to the individual are included in any of the following:
a. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or Compassionate Special Permit (SP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration; or
b. Emergency Use Listing of the World Health Organization.
What are the requirements to enter the Philippines from December 1 as a tourist?
Passport- your passport should be valid at least six months.
Return air ticket- you need to buy a return your ticket when you are going to enter the Philippines 🇵🇭.
Vaccine certificate-
They must have the following proofs of vaccination against COVID-19 recognized under existing Inter-Agency Task Force regulations:
- World Health Organization International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis
• Vaccine Certificate in PH; or

• National/state digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted Vaccine Certificate in PH under a reciprocal arrangement, unless otherwise permitted by the Inter-Agency Task Force.

RT PCR test-
You need to do RT-PCR test before arriving in PH. What if I can't do that? You need to complete six days quarantine in the hotel.

You need to register yourself in one Health pass before arriving in the Philippines ✌🏻.
Do I need to make a visa before going to the Philippines?
No. It is for non-visa required countries. You do not need to make a visa before coming to the Philippines. It's on arrival Visa.
What if you are from a green list country, but you need a visa to enter the Philippines, like India and Pakistan?
India and Pakistan do need visa to enter the Philippines. As it's not the non-visa required countries, but green list countries. They are not allowed to enter the Philippines. But they can contact to their local embassy to get more information about it.
What if I am an American. Will I allow entering the Philippines from December 1 as I am from a non-visa required country?
Of course. You can enter the Philippines. But, as you are not from a green list Countries, You need to go to a Green list country and stay there at least 14 days before arriving in the Philippines.
Do I need to leave the Philippines after 15th December?
No. Once you enter the Philippines, you can extend your visa to live in the Philippines more time. You can extend the tourist visa up to three years.
