Every person comes with a goal in life. In the form of destiny, the fruits of past actions also come with him. In the attainment of every goal, hard work and hard work are necessary. Through spiritual practice, he can also become Narayan, and in the absence of that, he can also lose from his goal. This is why Krishna said, 'Aabheen tu kaunteya, vairagya cha grate. This practice is necessary for every age, for every human being, in every work.

The reason for this is that nature is conducting our life. This nature is constantly changing. Therefore, all our actions, gestures keep changing continuously. We are introduced to life through the body. There are three planes of our body made up of the five elements - gross, subtle, and causal. Cause the body is the soul, the gross body is its manifestation. The subtle body acts as a bridge between these two. Therefore, it is this movement that is called pranayama. All the power to govern the body resides in this.
Travel of food in our body
The body moves with food. Juice is made from food. From the juice, blood, and then the subsequent dhatu i.e. flesh, fat, marrow, bone, and sukra are formed. Oja is formed from Venus which nourishes our mind. If digestion is weak, the juice will not be made. If there is no juice and blood, then all the other metals get weakened. Since the mind is formed in the end, the effect of the disorder in every metal also affects the mind. Our energy is also affected. This energy is called our aura i.e. 'Aura'. All the chemical activities of the body are related to digestion. These chemicals are released from our endocrine glands. In English, they are called 'endocrine glands'.
Our Bhava Actions
These are affected by our emotional actions. When we get angry our appetite stops, blood pressure rises. The effects of fear and happiness etc. can also be felt in the body. These glands are controlled by the brain. We can understand the chemicals released from the macro glands. But they do not understand the exchange of these chemicals with the brain.
The brain is controlled by various energies. These loans are received from the mind, from our thoughts. Thoughts change with the thoughts of the mind. The mind is influenced by desire, memory, and imagination. It affects our thoughts. All this is the working area of the subtle energy, of the subtle body, of the prana. That is why Krishna has also considered the brain as the main part of spiritual practice.
Our Endocrine Glands
There are many endocrine glands in the body. These glands are in the form of energy handling centers and they are also in the form of chemical handling centers. These glands act as regional centers and also collectively. Whatever we experience through the gross body and the senses is stored in the subtle. The ground cause of our emotional actions is the body and it is the main controller of our physical life. There are seven endocrine glands in physiology.
In Yoga Darshan, various 'Chakras' appear as energy centers on the subtle plane. Saka life-giving matter is called Sat, it is gross. But since there is no other life in life, it is called asat, it is subtle. Prana and movement have the same meaning. The word Rishi is called Prana because of the word motion. Only the sage Pran incarnates in the souls like Dev, Asura, Gandharva, etc. Therefore, vitality plays a major role in the operation of the body. The head, ur, abdomen, and vasti of the body, in these four cavities, seven pranas work in seven components.
Our body has three double forms
three in double form and one alone. In a paired element, there is one positive, one negative. There is ahead in the head. In these two ears, two eyes, both the holes of the nose are in pair form and the mouth is alone. power to them gives. Its prestige (center) is brow. This is the field of knowledge. There is a uroguha in the chest. Structure of our body: - It has two arms, two lungs, two breasts, and a heart. Their center is in the gut. It is the bastion of might.
There is an abdominal cavity in the stomach. In this, there are liver-spleen, stomach-pancreas (pancreas), two kidneys or kidneys, and navel. Their center is in the heart. It is the power center for food intake and division. Below the navel is the Vastiguha. It has two legs, semen, and urethra, two scrotums, and an anus. Their life center is in the navel. This is the area of immersion and excretion. The position of the endocrine glands or chakras in the body is from the cranium to the end of the spine, all our control centers are governed by energy, at the subtle level.
Chemicals are made in the 'endocrine glands, but their control is also the work of the field of energy. These chakras are the centers of proper utilization of those energies in the functioning of the body by receiving the energies from the universe i.e. from our environment. At the end of our spine is the adrenal or adrenal gland. Here the name of the chakra is Muladhara. This gland is associated with the immersion system.
The spine is responsible for all the functioning of the columns, kidneys, and legs. The place between the navel and the mooladhara is the 'gonad' or genital gland in the pelvis. Here is the Swadhisthana Chakra. This gland is associated with the reproductive system. Responsible for the functioning of the urinary organs, kidneys, and reproductive organs. In the navel region is the pancreas or the pancreas gland. Here is the Manipur Chakra. It is a gland associated with the digestive system. The functions of the digestive system, liver, spleen or spleen, intestines, and vascular system are governed by it.
Our heart region
In the heart region, there is a 'thymus' or gland. Here is the Anahata cycle. This gland is associated with the blood circulatory system. The operation-control of the heart, lungs, arms, blood, and blood circulatory system is associated with it. There is a 'thyroid' or gland in the gut. It is associated with the respiratory system. Here is the Vishuddhi Chakra. It is responsible for the nose, ears, throat, mouth, and larynx.
Between the eyebrows is the pituitary, ie the pituitary gland. Here is the order. This is the center of understanding. The lower brain and nervous system operate from it. There is a 'Pineal Gland' in the cranium. Here is the Sahasrara Chakra. The pineal gland controls the upper brain and the right eye. All these chakras reside in the gross body.
It is only when we are introverted and moves from the gross to the subtle that we understand their movements. Human beings can attain mental health and strength through their spiritual practice.
