How is Cinema seen as The Ultimate source of Entertainment!

Cinematography which is known as the art of motion-picture photography. The word cinema is often used to refer to filmmaking and the art form that is the result of it.

Cinema is a motion picture and has become an influential part of the entertainment sector. It is a source of relaxation for people around the world and is a prominent medium for publicity, education, and culture. It gives us a break from the monotonous cycle of life and has evolved with time.

Cinema is a major source of recreation in most countries of the world especially in India where the majority of people live below the poverty line. It provides us with entertainment and sometimes educates us too. Depending on the quality of films produced by the directors, one could label cinema as a curse or a boon.

The cinema has been a very popular medium of entertainment for all classes of people. ... By showing on the silver screen the tales of action, adventure stories, lives of great people, as well as of successful men and women in different walks of life, the cinema gives us a taste of every field of life.

Cinema is greatly influenced by society and society is also greatly influenced by cinema. From the introduction of cinema in the world, it tried to portray the social reflection through its big screen. Films have been the interactive medium to create awareness in the society on different social issues.

 

Movies affect many of us powerfully because the combined impact of images, music, dialogue, lighting, sound and special effects can elicit deep feelings and help us reflect on our lives. They can help us to better understand our own lives, the lives of those around us and even how our society and culture operate.

Movies are the best tool for escaping reality. If you are feeling stressed and anxious, they can help you cope with stress. Romantic movies and comedies, for example, can help you overcome the issues in your real life. Comedies have been proven to decrease stress hormone levels and blood pressure.

Most importantly, cinema brings to us different cultures of the world. It introduces us to various art forms and helps us in gaining knowledge about how different people lead their lives. In a way, it brings us closer and makes us more accepting of different art forms and cultures.

Feature films are being produced in India since 1912-13. While R.G. torney along with N.G. Chitre made Pundalik in 1912, Dhundiraj Govind Phalke produced Raja Harishechandra in 1913. The era of silent films was overtaken by the talkie era in 1931 when Ardeshir Irani produced Alam Ara, though silent movies continued to be produced till 1934.

Today cinema has become the most popular and the cheapest means of entertainment. It provides great relaxation for the hardworking labourers who have no other way of entertainment. For a few hours they escape into a different world all together and forget their boos and worries.

 

Cinema is the source of entertainment from decades and will be forever , no matter it is Bollywood , Tollywood , Jollywood , Hollywood or other, it is and will be  the ultimate source of entertainment.
