They are taken out and after that they are put in the drive oven, here due to the heat, their moisture is completely eliminated, after taking them out of the drive oven, keep these plates at room temperature for 1 day. When these plates are ready then these plates are assembled, while assembling the positive plate is less than the negative plate like a battery has total 7 plates then out of that four plates are negative, and three plates are positive And these groups of plates are called cells, after which terminals are made by welding on the cell. Lead-acid Battery Assembly Process. After this, these cells are put inside the container, 6 cells are put in a container to make a battery and after that all the cells are connected in series and one cell is of 2 volts, in this way 6 cells 12 If it is of volt, then in this way our battery becomes of 12 volts, after putting these cells inside the battery, they are interconnected with the welding machine and after connecting these cells together they are tested and after this testing. After this, a cap is put on the battery and this cap is applied by the machine so that it is firmly attached, and after this cap is installed, the vacuum testing of the battery is done. By which it is known whether the battery is lucky or not, after this negative and positive terminals are made in the battery on which we wire our inverter and after all this the serial number is printed on the battery. The number gives all the information about the manufacturing of the battery and whenever the warranty of the battery has to be claimed, then the same serial number is claimed and now the battery is ready and sulfuric acid is poured inside it and inside the battery Acid is poured only once, after that if the acid in the battery is less than water is poured inside it. Lead-acid Battery Charging Testing Process. After adding acid, the battery is charged, after charging, the battery is tested again, in which the voltage, current and gravity of the battery are checked and after all this title comes, the battery is washed so that it is applied on top of it.
