How indian middle-class society suffers ?

India is a diverse county with different sorts of cultures, classes and traditions. In India, people’s behavior towards each other is based on class or caste system. Yet I would say that not every person follows this discrimination.

Modern Indian society is divided in mainly three class – upper class, middle class, lower class.

The upper-class people are rich ones who have plenty of money but still some are unsatisfied and they desire for more although the fact that they have a lot of possession. They are respected by the whole population of India. Some show courtesy to the poor and some don’t. Some riches do charity for blessing and some for show off. I am not saying that they all are heartless but yes some are!

Then comes the lower class who don’t have enough money to satisfy their appetite for even one day. They do small part-time jobs to feed their families. Some even comes to thievery when they don’t get a job. Some are disgraced by the people above them. They lack education themselves and therefore due to insufficient money their children also can’t get a proper education. Thanks to the Indian government that they are providing free education in some places for the poor.

Now comes the middle-class people who neither have plenty nor less. They come in between as their class name suggests. They are neither respected nor disgraced by anyone. Middle class families are considered to be the happiest in all, though exceptions are present. They manage their income like professional accountants. They create a budget list to maintain the whole month as they get a limited amount of money. The income increases more faster than their expenses. Even in middle class there is division- The upper middle class and The lower middle class. The upper middle-class people are rich business mans who have done years of hard work to gain the respect in the market. The lower middle class are normal salaried man who have a balanced and restricted life.

Problems faced by middle class people are ignored by most. Some humans think that their sufferance is what they deserve. Unemployment is one of the major cause of their sufferance. Private and government sectors are lacking job vacancies especially now in the covid driven world. Well educated youths are roaming with their degrees on their hand. Problems are many solved by less. In most families nowadays both man and woman belongs to working class. Women in middle class society are sometimes misunderstood by people as housewives because most think that they are only capable of being a house lady. That not actually true, today’s modern world is mostly women driven world.

Education for the middle-class people has become very money draining and hence they sent their children to foreign countries for studies. Some talented kids due to money crisis do not get the facility of proper education.  Financial status of every family is not appreciable. They are burdened with debts, loans and mortgages. Poor are free from tax, rich don’t find a problem in paying tax but the middle class are not free from this responsibility. Multiple taxes are to be paid by them even though they have a limited amount of money.  Coping up with the modern technology has a become an issue these days. The middle-class people find it difficult to sometimes understand the modern tech and also they don’t have much money to spend on latest tech.  When these people dream about something, they first have to think that if they can fulfil it or not. They mostly have overloaded tension.

Their problems should be addressed with proper attention. Every human has the right to be happy. Indian society has many twists and turns. Equality should prevail in the world.

So, let’s be all united and happy.
