Actually, I applied for the job from home on LinkedIn. One day I got a message on WhatsApp and also a call from a company. They asked me for an interview as said nothing that girl name was HR Raj, she told me to bring resume also. Next day, I went there with my friend. Then a girl named Tara was sitting in her cabin asked me about my name, my qualifications, only nothing than that. Then she explained to me the work which is very easy and simple as a postgraduate I can do that easily.
After that she asked me to pay an amount of rupees 5000 first to start a job which is refundable, only 1000 rupees can't be refundable. Then she said that an agreement will be sent to you, you have to read that and reply with I accept. In the evening I got the email from them. The agreement was totally opposite, nothing was discussed at the time of interview and payment of fee. All the rights were in their hands.
Then I realized that it's a scam, they are making money from lots of innocent people. It's a fraud totally fraudster have no registered website no Limited behind the name of the company. it is a big fraud. We need help. I have applied for data entry work from home jobs and submitted work as well. During the time of salary companies asked me to pay refundable amount. But after taking amount they didn't paid me back anything, not even salary.
I am recently searching for work from home due to unemployment and, after applying regularly a lady contacted me through WhatsApp but I clearly said before, I won't give any registration fees. She said no I don't need to pay but if I quit the job within 7 days, I will have to pay, penalty fees so,I knew I won't quit if I get a job so, she just took my Aadhaar card and name and my number for some verification.
And after that her boss in her words called me and said the same thing but I agreed but after that day they didn't call me or WhatsApp me to explain my job role nor they gave me any login ID or password. And suddenly today 11 Sep 2021 I saw in my email, WhatsApp a legal notice stating I have to pay penalty fees as I didn't do the work and even a man claiming to be an advocate who sent me the text and email called me and said that he would send arrest warrant.
And I would have to go to the court and all those things, which a fraud says to take money by making fools so I also said whatever you can do you are most welcome to do. And I have attached a photo below of the WhatsApp legal notice pic that he sends me through WhatsApp. And according to them I would have to pay as I quitted but I didn't even start the work.
I can provide the bank details and name phone number of the person. quite unfortunate job seekers loss their hard earn money. And those frauds are using government website to lure innocent educated unemployed youngster. Even myself applied but later realise they were frauds. The person sent me details about the job and also sample for my work at the beginning. Later approved me for the work asked me for some amount as registration. Since it was noticed on the government website without any second thought, I sent the money. Then they asked me for another sum of money again.
If we can give feedback about the employer in the NC's website., That would be better in the future. I think there are more fraudulent job notices than genuine job notices. Mistakenly, I deleted the chats. But I have the details of sending money as well and the screenshot from NC's website about the job.DK TECHNOLOGIES EMPLOYEE contacted me for PART TIME job through, Job Related Application. For Captcha entry in 7 days, 7000 target, and they informed they will deduct registration fee amount 5500 Rupees from first time salary and made Agreement which I was never signed.
They have provided me user I'd and password through mail but that is wrong and unable to login. I'll make sure that I'll don't forget to add those mail I'd. They informed if I'm unable to complete the work I have to pay registration fee 5500 if I'm fail, they will take legal action.
I'm from middle class family, we are also searching work for daily food. After I'm getting know about this fraud company and saw different information, I'm decided to raise a complaint against them which may they can harass me or threat me for the amount in the future.
