The evolution of humans has always been a discussing figure. Scientists worldwide have proposed various theories about the development of humans. But still, we are not sure who was the first human?
Some people believe the religious concept that all human beings evolved from God's first prophet Adam. But scientific theories deny the religious idea. They think that present-day humans came to being from chimpanzees or ape-like animals through evolution because 99% of our DNA resemble chimpanzees.
After BigBang about 3.5 billons years ago. When earth temperature became suitable for living, life started from a single-celled organism called prokaryotes. Later multicellular organisms were evolved; with the time aquatic organisms started living on earth, slowly, a form of mammal called primates came to being. From primate's "Hominidae," two types of species were evolved, one was called hominid, and the second was hominids. Hominoids were apes, but hominids were more advanced.
Australopithecus
They lived about 5.6 million years ago. In 1959 a human skull-like fossil was discovered in the forest of East Africa. When scientists studied the fossil, they found that they were the first human, meaning a human life started from the Forest of East Africa; they were not humans but looked like humans. It was given the name "Lucy," the scientific name is Australopithecus.
Hominids
They lived about 1.8 million years ago. Ln 1978, the earliest fossils and footprints of hominids were discovered from Tanzania, Africa. Scientists give evidence that hominids and Australopithecus had the same genus means hominids evolved from Australopithecus in Africa. But Australopithecus fossils were older than Hominids, and it showed that the first humans were Australopithecus. Hominids were like apes but were bipedal; somehow, they looked like humans. Hominids later moved to other parts of the world's continents.
Homo habilis
They lived 1.5 million years ago. From genus homo, several other forms evolved before homo sapiens. One of them was homo habilis. Homo habilis means "handy Man" They were somehow more intelligent than the first hominids. They start using their mind and begin making tools.
Homo erectus
Due to evolution and changes in the environment, Homo habilis developed new characters. Their brain size was more significant than homo habilis. They start making various tools, weapons for hunting, and other use. They were called homo erects. The fire was first invented by homoerectus before they ate raw food.
Neanderthal
Neanderthals lived in Europe, Germany. They were like humans but had stronger muscles than humans. It was believed that Neanderthals were evolved from Homo erectus, and later modern humans evolved from Neanderthals ,but this concept was rejected. Because in 1997, when the DNA of fossils was tested. It showed that Neanderthals were soon extinct in Europe.
Cro Magnon
When the remains of Cro Magnon were discovered, it was believed that modern humans were dependent on Cro Magnon because they were more advanced. They started making houses, and for the first time, language was used by Cro Magnon.
Homo sapiens
Homo Saipan, which means "wise man," is a modern-day human being. They are brilliant and advance due to the power of their brain. They have progressed in fields of technology and science at a limitless level. All modern-day inventions are due to humans.
