One in twenty people is considered the most sensitive person. 42% of people are not very sensitive, which means that many things do not bother them as much as they would cause a person who is very sensitive. Everyone else falls into the middle of nowhere, where a few are uncomfortable with anything.
A very sensitive person will learn things that are hidden in a place that most unsympathetic people cannot see or hear. This can bring us great benefits. It can save us in many situations where there is a problem. Our abilities can prevent us from making dangerous personal decisions, if we follow our instincts. And because of our deep understanding of the environment, we are often the ones who tell others about environmental problems that may be plagued by unscrupulous companies that ignore them for their own benefit.
Unfortunately, in eastern society, we are also referred to as “defective”, in the sense that they are not hsp. We are considered to be "very sympathetic, very cautious, very shy, very shy, ignorant, very afraid." It should be noted that these are not “problems” that need to be addressed and resolved by sensitive people. Labels attached to us create problems. Many insensitive individuals are also ashamed and some do not want to face the world. We just tend to think of things first and then weigh all the factors our senses take before we move on.
Having time- To be vigilant, to carefully examine the situation, we need to see "the whole picture", and the possible consequences of our actions are natural to us. If everyone carelessly ran into everything, we would have more chaos in our world than we do right now.
Very Sensitive - Yes, this is our main feature. Emotionally, we are affected by the many conflicts in the world. We feel the pain of another person's heart, we realize the low levels of anger or resentment in the room, we sympathize with other people's problems, and we feel great grief over tragic tragedies.
Introverted - Myth. You will find many HSPs that can be unveiled, outdoors and fun. You will find many unsympathetic people as irrational. Don’t make the mistake of deep thinking and inner vision as an introduction. We need more time alone than a non-hsp person or any other normal person with the right attitude. This is because our emotional systems can become very crowded in a situation where an insensitive person may find us rejuvenated in some way. if we are excited or frustrated even with the little things we need an urgent stop at everything, to live a normal life. This is why many HSPs tend to stay home more often than not to go out, rather than to go to a party. It's not that we don't want to ... we just know that our systems can't handle fullness for too long. If we cannot escape, we will pull ourselves up, as a shield, to try to reduce the noise, visions, sounds, and smells that attack us.
After all, it is good to know that you are not alone, that there are others out there who have to deal with the same types of situations and "labels" as you. Of course, it does not hurt at all, but you know that there are similar types you can look for and talk to… and they will understand. Sometimes, it is a misinterpretation of what actually happens in the mind of the HSP by non-HSPs. People who have gone through a similar situation will help you with their knowledge and understand you and your attitude better than others. The good news is that people who have been very sympathetic to our existence since time immemorial ... and we will always be there, working to make the world a more understanding, thoughtful and peaceful place for everyone.
