I Do More With The Pen Tool,

Do It In Whatever Way Feels Convenient To You

I Am Starting The Selection Here

I Am Also Taking A Little Part Of The Outside Of My Hair Here.

I Am Taking A Little Outside Hair Potion Too.

So That We Can Get The Complete Details Of The Hair

Here My Selection Is Completed

Now I Am Copying This Photo

Press Ctrl C,

And Going To The File Menu Ctrl N New

The New Document Opened And Pasted That Photo Here

Currently, I Make A Duplicate Layer Of This Layer.

And Turning Off Its Visibility

Here I Am Creating Another Layer

And Filling It With Some Random Color

I Select Green Color,

Fill With Pressing Alt And Backspace

Layer 1 Is Brought Above Layer 2

Right Now I Will Multiply It By What I Have Selected In Layer 1 Multiply And

Press Ctrl M And Open The Curve

And Will Increase Its Highlight Till Its Background Is Merged

I'm Keeping It Like This At The Moment,

Then I Am Doing Visibility On Layer 1

Select Erase Toll Pressing E

And I Erase The Background Here

We See All The Details Of Hair Here

We Can Clearly See Each Hair In The Photo

See It Happened

We Can See A Little Background On This Portion. For That

I Make A New Curve Adjustment Layer Above Layer 1,

I Do That Clipping Mask And Increase Highlight

As Long As I Want The Details Of The Hair

I Am Keeping Its Value As Much.

And Then By Selecting The Layer Mask

Select The Brush Tool And Do Masking

Select Black Color On The Foreground Color And Masking

I Don't Require Many Highlights Here

This Will Be Our Final Output,

So In This Way, We Can Change Any Background And Keep Hair Details

Now Let Me Show You Another Way

I Copied This Selected Photo And Paste It Onto Another Document

Take A New Layer And Fill Color

Selecting Layer 1 And Taking The Eyedropper Tool

And Pick The Background Color Behind The Hair

And Toggle It Onto The Background,

Whatever Color Is Selected, Keep It In The Background Color

After Doing So, I Select The Background To Erase The Tool

Keep The Setting As It Is

The Last One Is The Background Swatch,

Limits: Discontinuous

And Keep Tolerance, Very Low

I Keep It At 40

After  All, This Keeps A Check Mark On Protecting Foreground Color,

Set All These Values

Now Paint On The Background Color

Whatever Color We Have Selected In The Background Will Be Erased

Increase Brush Tolerance,

First, You Work On Low Tolerance, Only Then Increase It.

See How Wonderfully We Got The Hair Details

Select Erase Tool And Erase Extras

Increase Its Highlight If You Want,

Now Make A New Curve Adjustment Layer On The Above Layer 1press Clipping Mask

And Increase Highlight

And Here I Am Painting By Selecting The Layer Mask And Keeping The Black Color In The Foreground Color

So In These Two Ways, We Can Do A Hair Mask

And Can Get Hair Detail Well
