2. Choose loose and comfortable hair. Avoid hairstyles that create tension in your hair follicles. For example; Tight ponytails, chickens, and plates.

5. Use wigs and hair extensions or hats, scarves, and funky jewelry to distract from your hair.

7. Stress is a major cause of hair loss. Try to stay positive.
